Welcome to a spacious, humble, and comfortable beach house at 809 Carolina Blvd for your next trip to the Isle of Palms. This home is a Sunday to Sunday Rental Only During Summer Months and the rental portion of the home is the Upstairs Level of a Duplex Style House. Please note that there may be tenants who are renting the space on the lower level of the duplex. All guests know that there is shared parking on the premises.

With an open layout featuring different areas for cooking, dining, living, and sleeping, you can enjoy the space while vacationing with your group. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with ample space for up to six guests. Enjoy the proximity to the beach so you can save your commute time and hit the waves all day long. This fully furnished house has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

There is plenty of natural sunlight and fresh air entering into the airy house, making it a perfect beach paradise for a small group. The living room has a comfortable couch where you can hang out with your folks while watching a movie or show on the television. The high-speed internet access can be convenient for completing your work assignments or uploading photos on social media. You will not be forced to drag a pile of your dirty beach clothes all the way back to your house, as this vacation rental has an in-unit washer and dryer.

Some of the other amenities that can ensure a comfortable stay include central air-conditioning, central heating, and free parking. Located on the upper level of a duplex house, it has open sunrooms at the front and back of the house where you can enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the coastal scenery. Convenient location is one of the key highlights of this house. You can easily find many restaurants, bars, cafes, and stores in the neighborhood. If you prefer to cook your own meals, you can use the fully equipped kitchen featuring cookware, utensils, and basic appliances. Here, you can find appliances like a microwave, refrigerator, oven, cooking range, coffee maker, and toaster. Please note that there is NOT a dishwasher. The spacious dining table can be a perfect spot to eat your home cooked meals while making the most of your free time away from home. The bedrooms offer a relaxing and warm ambiance for a good night's sleep. The bathrooms are fully furnished with a sink, shower, and cabinets for your convenience.

This home is dog friendly. Dogs are considered with a $300 non-refundable pet fee (per pet up to a 14 night stay), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee. The backyard is not fenced in and is not advertised for guest's use.

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Pets only allowed with a non-refundable $300 pet fee (per dog) and proof of flea medication.Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed.

There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.!     Everything was awesome, except there is mold growing on the ceiling in the back section of the house, and there was obviously pet dander issues on the living room furniture in the front. Other than that, really good house in a great location.

    We came from Virginia, and Ohio to enjoy Isle of Palms. We were not disappointed. What a lovely little beach town. I didn’t bring a chair. we sure do hate to leave. Thanks for the good time. Thank you to our gracious hosts. We hope to visit again soon.

    Good spot for a weekend getaway. Comfortable and with all the needed amenities. A little dated, but the price was good. Some Palmetto bugs roaming around the house and across the bed while I was dozing off, but I'm guessing that is not uncommon this time of year. Some of the same issues noted in other reviews (mold on rafters couple spots where the flooring is soft). Otherwise, comfortable, and communication with the management company was straight forward and prompt. Would stay again knowing all of the above. Very well located close to coffee spots, good eating options, grocery store, wind jammer, VFW and beach.

    Location and cleanliness were great. We were not expecting 5 star but everything was extra cheap. Especially the mattress, sheets, and pillows. We had to purchase pillows, sheet would not stay on bed and mattress was very average. We also had to purchase a tea pot which is probably gone by now(we left it). Just a lot of little things that are not conducive to comfort which would not cost much at all. There isn't even a place to put silverware after you wash it(no dishwasher). If the owner was to stay there, they would buy that stuff in a minute. Otherwise we were very happy there. Great location and comfortable enough.

    We traveled here for a baseball tournament at the Shipyard. The house is absolutely perfect for the 3 adults and 3 kids. VERY short walk to the beach. The inside of the home is not luxurious but that isn’t our style anyway. It’s very beachy and a great place to stay. The home met our needs for the week. Side note…the listing says there is someone living underneath the property but we only saw him once. It was almost like no one was there at all. No issues whatsoever.

    The place was clean and had pretty much everything you’d need however the check in process was absolutely terrible and there were a couple issues within the house. There were no keys left for us and the realty company tried to pass this off as our fault. Broken kitchen table chair legs with ragged sharp edges, soft spots in the floor in several places inside and the decking outside.

    This is what a beach house is supposed to be: full of character and good vibes. I don't remember other VRBO's and hotels I've stayed in because they didn't have this kind of character. A hotel room is a hotel room is a hotel room. If you want to experience the fantasy of what it's like living close to the beach, this is the VRBO for you. Will definitely stay again.

    The place was dark. Blinds wouldn’t open or close. Room temperature was hard to maintain.
