Description

You don't find many Bungalows hidden in the heart of Downtown Charleston as they are no longer allowed to be built but we have the perfect one for you.

A little history about this house: The main house was the court house and the bungalow where you are staying was actually where the judge for the court house lives. Downtown Charleston no longer allows properties to build on 80% of the plot so this house is special. If we were to tear it down, unfortunately we would not be able to buildagain so I hope you enjoy staying in this very unique home!

Towels, clean sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee essentials are all provided.

The driveway can hold up to two cars max but is narrow. For reference, my 4runner can fit but it is tight.

Side note: Shower is a stand up, smaller shower.
