Great place, walkable to everything

Very clean and cute little place. Great location in downtown Cotter.

The interior is really very nice. Very comfortable furniture and king size bed.

We had issues steaming anything on the tv the first night but those issues fixed themselves. We enjoyed our stay.

Good place, great location, worked well.

Great place to stay. Our only two complaints was there wasn’t a blow dryer and if it’s hot out the air conditioner should be turned on prior to your arrival. Took awhile for it to cool down.

This property is located steps from the city park which is breath taking and we got to walk to dinner and breakfast. It was beautiful and a perfect location. We fished, mountain biked, and jumped in the spring water from the swing rope in the park. It’s just a lovely small town

This property was so much more than we expected! Plenty of room, extremely clean, updated, and well stocked with everything you’d need. We’ll definitely book this again when we return.

Loved the quaintness, location, cleanliness. But the hot water was lacking

We stayed here for (3) nights and fished White River and Buffalo River , had an excellent trip and would gladly stay here again !

This cabin is just right for a couple people on a fishing trip. Simple, everything is functional and as advertised. Only thing I would add is a table to eat on.

Excellent rental comparable to the conveniences of home. Full-size fridge is included, though making a little noise cycling in the middle of the night. Step-in shower and bathroom lighting are good--and qualify as accessible. Kitchen/living areas convenient. Delighted to find a firm mattress which provided good sleep. I did not investigate the property fully before rental to learn location is directly next to Cotter City Hall and building juts almost to the street line. Be ready for train horn which is unique. Parking is questionable, especially if one does not desire to drive up on the grass. The only other choice is to leave your vehicle parked on the city street. There are three steps required to unlock the front door though the back deck provides for level walk-in entrance once the front entry is opened. Though the property is on the town street, the citizens appear to be tucked in, quiet, and calm at dark. Mind you, this is February--Winter. We cannot guarantee surroundings in midst of the fishing season. Access to Cotter Bridge and White River are very convenient although rental is not waterfront or visible from the bridge. Overall, this is quite a remarkable property, extremely clean even for an OCD person. Renter must provide own streaming service, and wall heater remote was inoperable. Message was left for host to inquire about the parking and remotes on night of arrival. No reply; therefore, communication score. Would return! Pet friendly!

We enjoyed the cottage

Everything was good clean appliances where all newer.

Beautiful and clean. Owner was extremely helpful. Had a problem with internet. It was fixed immediately.

We loved the decor and it had everything we needed. Wish we had stayed longer to use the back patio and grill!

Such a neat little place would book this again without hesitation

The room was perfect for us! We were only a 7 minute walk to the rv spot where we were getting together with some old high school friends. The room was very clean and comfortable can’t wait to stay again!

Although the weather did it's best to ruin our trip, it did not. Matt was incredible as an owner, he kept in contact with us, to help with check in and check out. We had severe storms during the night, and Matt checked in on us during and after. The cottage was clean, comfortable and honestly one of the nicest places we have stayed. You can tell he takes pride in the property. We will be repeat visitors.
