Crystal River Pool Home ~ Waterfront w/Boat Dock, Hot Tub & fenced backyard.

Great place for a family vacation! Loved the pool, hot tub, river access with kayaks, and the comfortable and open decor. Excellent hosts! Strongly recommend!

This was a great house to stay in for our family. It was right on the river which allowed us to kayak and spend time outdoors. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay in Crystal River.

We came to fish. The canal is very calm and. Docking your boat is a dream. The house has water to the dock and a fixed cleaning station. The pool and hot tub were a real extra bonus and used every day. The house is very clean. Communicate was very good. There is nothing you can want for in the house. They provide absolutely everything. We had a wonderful time.

Clean, great hot tub and pool. Enjoyed the area and close to many attractions. Had everything you would need for cooking. Have the bikes and kayaks was a plus.

The house was exactly as stated. It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and it had lots of things near it to do. Fran and Dennis were wonderful hosts and always ready to answer any questions. Our grandsons loved the pool and hot tub very much. We will definitely stay here again!

The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Fran was a great host and answered all of our questions. We had a great time during our stay at Crystal River.

Everything was awesome

We didn’t get to the house until after 8:00 pm after a long 9 hour drive made even longer because of snow and ice at home. The house was very well prepared and we felt ready to relax and enjoy our stay right away. What stood out to us is how Fran and Dennis tried so hard to make us feel like we were friends by how accommodating they were. The grill broke and they showed up within an hour to try to fix it. When that didn’t work they went out and brought in a new one by the afternoon. I asked about a pan to cook ravioli in and Fran brought two ceramic ones the same day. They tried continuously to get the pool to heat up for us despite the colder than usual temps. We never felt uncomfortable sending them a message that we needed something. They are simply the best hosts with a great property in a great location. Thanks Fran and Dennis for a great vacation.

Could not have asked for a better home or location! The house is beautiful inside and out. Everything you could possibly need - and so many fun extras with pool floats and games for kids. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. Kitchen was very well stocked. Easy to get to all of the local parks and restaurants. Wish we stayed longer to take full advantage of the kayaks and bikes - will just need to book a longer trip next time!

What a wonderful house! The location was ideal, close to everything but also very quiet. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we loved hanging out on the covered porch. The house itself was great, stocked well and well laid out.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it so comfortable and stess free. The location was close enough to everything we wanted yet still quiet and relaxing when we wanted to unwind. Highly recommend this place and cannot wait to stay again!

The home was beautiful and clean and stocked with everything we needed for our family! Would definitely recommend staying here.

House is fully stocked and very clean. Pool was amazing after days out on the boat. Hot tub was an added pleasure. Brought my bought, all deep water canals and plenty of room under the bridge to get out to the river. Floating dock held my 25’ center console just fine. TIP- if you have a TTop and want to get into 3 sisters springs, watch the tides….I could only get under that bridge about half way to low, only got stuck on the wrong side one day and waited about an hour to get under. Trailer parked just fine in the driveway. Owners very nice and answered any questions immediately. Was available throughout the stay via text to help with anything needed. Kitchen fully stocked, don’t bring anything to cook. So many extras are laid out around the house as well. First aid, sun tan lotion,sheets, pillows, etc…I will definitely be back to this house for another season!

7 of us stayed at this beautiful home and it was extremely spacious . We had everything we needed to have a wonderful time . We enjoyed the home so much we didn’t do as much as we had planned because the home with the pool ,Hot tub and Kayaks was a vacation in itself Highly recommend this for your Crystal River Stay . Perfectly located near everything .

Everything was perfect, just as the photos and description describes. The home was updated nicely and was very comfortable for our family. The dock worked out great for our 25’ boat and the pool couldn’t have been better. Overall a great experience!

We had an amazing time at the house. The pool and hot tub were used every day we were there. The location was close to everything and we didn’t drive more than half an hour to get to Homosassa, the Chaz river, or Rainbow springs. The beds were comfortable and everything was so clean and nice. Thank you for letting us use your house!

Absolutely beautiful facilities, great location close to many trails and activities, very, very clean and well supplied. We hiked, biked, swam with manatees, enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We could not ask for more.

We can not give our stay a higher rating or better review. We’ve stayed at more than several VRBOs but none of them met our expectations or were more prepared than this property. Because one never knows what to expect, we always travel with a few of our own necessities, but they weren’t needed. Everything, from top to bottom was what we needed for a fabulous time. Everything was very well organized, neat and clean. The pool and jacuzzi were great as were the kayaks and bikes. Fran and Dennis made themselves available when we had any questions or needs. We would highly recommend this property and plan on coming again next year.

We chose this house because of the great reviews and it did not disappoint! The owners were great! Very responsive and conscious of guest needs! The home itself was absolutely stunning! The kitchen is beautiful! It is also fully stocked with everything you need! The bedrooms were very nice, with super cute decor and comfy beds. Bathrooms were roomy and stocked with plenty of towels, along with shampoo and conditioner. The pool and hot tub were amazing! I highly recommend accepting the option to have the pool heated in the colder months. We were able to comfortably swim in the chillier weather. The hot tub is really cool! it has lights, several jet settings, and many other features! The owner provided lots of beach towels for pool use, which was really nice! We spent every evening fishing off of the dock! We caught several fish. Very nice kayaks and bikes are provided for guest use. They really thought of everything! We will absolutely be back!

house was amazing. Great dock for boat and canal was deep enough for my 27 foot boat. pool was big and very clean. Fran made sure we were fine due to hurricane Debby headed our way.
