Great communication, great location, great house on the beach!

The view was amazing! Silver Sands was very attentive!

Great location and house. Loved the views from the house and patios. Beds were very comfortable. Downstairs bedroom was awesome for the kids. Plenty of dishes. Plan on packing some dish towels, rags.

Lovely stay, perfect for our families and Grandma. Beautiful views over the dunes.

The location of this charming cottage cannot be beat. You only have to walk down the driveway, and you are on the beach! All restaurants and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. We really enjoyed watching the freighters come in to port. We loved stargazing on the upper deck attached to the primary, and having breakfast out of the sun on the lower deck. I only gave 4 stars because the house needs some maintenance. Overall, we would stay here again.

great location. House was great for me and kids. Only thing there was a bit of an ant problem and not a decent broom to sweep up during the time we were there. Overall it was very nice.

Absolutely fantastic location - we wanted to be on the beach so it was the perfect location for us. So great for our family of 10 to be able to easily walk back and forth to the beach. Rental company just needed to put some attention to treating ants, etc. For a large number of beds, another bathroom would have been nice. I realize the property is for sale, though, so probably is not a priority. It will be sad if another monster building is put in its place. The beach houses are charming.

The views and the convenience to the beach were amazing! The only downside was the construction next door.

Location and customer service were great. A couple physical things - the front door knob is janky and feels a little unsafe. One of the toilet paper dispensers was broken upon arrival.

It is definitely pet and kid friendly Shows a little wear and tear but I can’t say enough about the views. We just stared out the windows for hours. I wanted to stay longer.

We enjoyed this house being so close to the water/beach. It is a nice house. It just needs a little maintenance done. The place that takes care of the rental was very nice when asked for more washclothes. They were very helpful and responded very quickly. I know this isn't the fault of anyone, but they are building right next to this house, and they were only there the first day. I believe they stopped working because it was the weekend. So that made it better.

The home was in a perfect spot! Enjoyed afternoon breezes on patio and morning and evening walks on beach beach combing treasures. The shower and tub could use a good bleach clean and floors need a better sweeping. Spices would be handy. Basics like salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and sugar would be appreciated.

Great location. Decent beds and furniture. Terrible cookware but good appliances. Railing on second floor balcony broken and pulled away in two areas, safety hazards. Two outside lights hanging by their wires and bumping all night long. Sink in upstairs main bedroom did not drain. Good dehumidifiers which really helped. Outside doors missing door handles and very hard to lock and keep closed. Comfortable furniture and living area. Despite the negatives we would definitely come back knowing all these things can be fixed and in the humidity things don’t last as long. Carpet in need of a good shampoo, pee stains.
