Welcome to Champaign! Our home is within a mile of major UIUC stadiums for games and concerts and a mile from downtown Champaign. The gourmet chef’s kitchen is great for hosting graduation or pre-game gatherings. Host a backyard dinner party on the dining patio or post game bonfire around the custom fire pit. The quiet neighborhood is perfect for working from home and the front porch provides a quiet oasis on rainy days. Easily walk to the library, a city park and local restaurants.

This beautifully renovated Craftsman style home offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, dining room and living room with wood burning fireplace. There is a peninsula in the kitchen, so guests can watch you at work, and a huge walk in pantry for storing all your entertaining needs. The fridge/freezer are both large, and have built in filtered water and ice maker. Both full baths have a tub/shower combo, a toilet and vanity. The upstairs bathroom has been newly renovated with a double sink vanity, great for sharing! We have space to stay fit in our basement and an additional living space with a unbelievably comfortable pull out couch.
