We had a great experience! The home was clean, spacious, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. We spent most of our time by the pool or outdoors, but there was plenty of room to play cards and gather inside on a rainy day. The location and home worked well for our spring break trip. Highly recommend!!

This house was absolutely perfect! Our group was of 14 with kids ranging from 14 years to 6months, and it had everything we needed! The host, Renee, was so great to work with. She got back to us immediately with any issues we had, and you can tell she takes pride in this place. The house was stocked with so many necessities, it was so nice! And the maintenance man, Ryan, was available pretty much 24/7, going out of his way to make sure we were taken care of! He treated us like family!The location was so beautiful we even took family pictures on site! Crystal River has so many things to do for all ages, but it’s also a good distance away from Tampa where you can still drive and do activities in one day!You couldn’t ask for a better place to relax with your family than this place!

Beautiful home full of wonderful amenities! Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed with plenty of room and lots of personal touches that were so thoughtful. The pool being heated was an absolute dream for the kids. The springs are a very short drive from the house and we had the best time swimming with manatees. Will stay again!

The house is amazing- beautiful decorations and stocked with everything you could need. Ren is also available and answers any texts immediately. The property is large and fenced. Our little grandkids enjoyed the games and toys while the teenagers and their parents enjoyed the card room and large tvs. It is a great multigenerational home. I highly recommend this house and especially the owner.

This house is excellent! The stay was very accommodating, Relaxing, everything was very clean and very well equipped. this was a retreat and quietness and location was perfect. I will stay again here with my family. Thank you Renee. ;)

My family had a wonderful time at Renee property! We really loved that it was so well stocked! The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults loved the chance to slow down and relax on such a beautiful property. Renee was so sweet, there was a minor issue with the water heater and she was very communicative and had the issue fixed asap. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Property was clean and up to date, well stocked with supplies. The phone conversation with owner was always pleasant and helpful.

We had 12 in our party (4 adults, 8 children) and this home fit is perfectly. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and toiletries. The pool was perfect for our crew as well as the hot tub. We came to swim with the manatees and had a great experience with Birds under water. We also snorkels at devils dens and visited Cedar Key.Renee was super helpful and attentive. We cannot wait to visit again.

We went with a group of women for Galentines. The property was a bit out of town, but perfect for what we wanted and we all want to return and spend more than 2 nights. The things that were thought of to add were just perfect. The place was clean and the property just beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the poker room for our games and wished that we would have time to have a picnic on the picnic tables!

Renee is first of all, the best host. She was attentive and communicative with me throughout the entire stay. When we needed her help, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had so much fun.

The hostess was fantastic! Very helpful and easy to contact. Lots of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. Grounds are very well kept. The home is very clean and well decorated. The pool was fantastic after log days on the boat.
