This private carriage house sleeps up to four guests with a comfortable king bed and queen sleeper sofa. Your stay also includes exclusive use of the entire private backyard and its resort-style amenities.

After exploring Bonaventure Cemetery, visiting the Graveface Museum, or joining one of downtown Savannah’s famous ghost tours, come home and soak your fears away in the private hot tub. Watch a favorite Halloween movie from the screened porch—or turn the TV toward the hot tub and enjoy it while relaxing beneath the stars.

Gather around the firepit to trade ghost stories, curl up outside with the provided Halloween throw blankets, or challenge each other on the putting green. Every October stay also includes a special boo basket filled with seasonal goodies!

The carriage house features a coffee bar with cream and sugar, full-size refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, and full bathroom. Outside, you’ll have access to the grill, hot tub, screened porch with a TV, firepit, comfortable seating, and putting green.

Guests at our “Haunted Hideout” will have use of the carriage house which comfortably sleeps up to four guests, the adjoining screen room with a TV, and all of the resort style amenities in the spacious backyard. The main house of the property will not be occupied during your stay, no other guests will be present.

There is a full size refrigerator in the carriage house, however, there is no stove or oven. There is an outdoor grill, microwave, and air fryer available for cooking simple meals or reheating leftovers from some of the amazing Savannah restaurants.
