Cozy ranch house that's 10-15 minute from Historic downtown & Arrington Vineyard

Great place

The house is fantastic. The only complaint is food was left in the fridge and there was a curling iron with hair wrapped up in the bristles in the master bathroom. Other than that the house was perfectly clean and comfortable.

Great location

The house was great very clean, well stocked kitchen, so much room for our whole group! The outdoor area was super nice to have would definitely go back if in the Nashville area!

Property was as advertised. We ate, talked, and slept. The television was never turned on. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out

Perfect for my family with young children. Quick drive to downtown Franklin and Nashville. Property was very nice.

We in town for my daughter’s wedding and had my adult kids/spouses stay with us. The house was great. We loved the patio out back. Excellent location. My only complaints was the internet. It was about as slow as dial-up. The complaint, was no king bed, at least in the master bedroom. I know it was listed as queen bed…I’d still stay there again though.

Nicely updated master suite. Tons of space for kids. Nice outdoor kitchen.

The property was in a great location and was clean and very suitable for a family. The only problem was the ants. The kitchen and dining area had a major ant infestation which prevented us from cooking. We contacted the manager who said they would get an exterminator in when we left. Hopefully it took care of the problem. We would stay there again.

We traveled to TN for a wedding and couldn't be happier with our stay. Right away, they got us in. The place was clean and tidy, and had more amenities than anticipated. Had problems with wifi briefly, but they had just changed providers and actually managed to fix the issue within 2 hours of notifying them. I highly recommend staying here if you're in Franklin.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy house in Franklin! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, and there was a nice sitting room for us to hang out and visit.

Property was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for us four and the kitchen was well stocked for our chef wannabe who did all the cooking. Will consider renting again next year if it’s available.

We needed a place for 5 adults and one child to stay for a few days in the Nashville area. This was the ideal spot for that. The only discrepancy in the listing is that there is no hot tub on the property. There is a whirlpool tub in the master bathroom.
