Cozy Private Pool home in family neighborhood

Gordon was excellent to work with. Very friendly and responsive. The house was very clean, nice pool and kitchen had everything we needed. Great location, close to grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Felt very safe walking the paved trails in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend renting this home. Great job Gordon :)

This is a beautiful home with a lovely backyard with a pool, a patio area with fire table for lounging; large master suite with spa-like walk-in shower. Great location with easy access to all that Queen Creek has to offer (a lot!)

We really enjoyed our time at this residence! Our host Gordon was very responsive to our inquiries and requests!! It was so enjoyable to come home to take a dip in the pool after a long day hiking.

This is such a beautiful property! The area is so peaceful and private. There is a super fun park that is shaded right around the corner which our 2 year old loved! The pool was incredible and was the source of a lot of fun. It was the perfect temperature to cool down but feel comfortable at the same time. The area around the pool is beautifully designed and allows the perfect areas for eating or just relaxing. There were a few pool toys and floaties too!The inside was organized so well and was very clean. We had everything we needed and it was easily accessible. The area the home is located in is lovely. There are many shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive that we made the most of. It was a perfect getaway!

Gordon was the BEST host. Always responsive and always responded within a minute or two. The home was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. We felt safe during our stay. Highly recommend! We will stay here every time we visit family in AZ!

Check in was easy. The refrigerator did not work upon arrival, and despite efforts made by the owner we did not have a refrigerator for our 5 night stay. This was a big bummer.

House was in a perfect location for us and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay for our family of 5 and nanny. The pool was fantastic. Gordon was an excellent host, very communicative and welcoming. We travel to the area a few times a year and will definitely look at staying here again.

The house was very neat and comfortable. Host was great letting me know about pool person coming and a delievry being made. Also when I realize I left something behind was quick to respond and let me return for it. Very quite relaxing place to stay. Would recommend and would rent again.

it was clean everything there we needed a outside paradise the back yard had everything you needed shade swimming nice area to eat relax be outside . the host was incredibly responsive and made you feel welcome and truley wanted to ensure you enjoyed your stay !!

Look no further, this is the best vacation spot for the price in Phoenix, everything from a pool to board games to a nice spacious kitchen to cook a meal,The outdoor seating area lit up all night to create such a nice ambiance to swim or sit back and relax, great for full families or a couple getting away for the weekend, we will definitely come back when we come through Phx, it’s close to shops and stores but far enough out to be quiet and safe. Thx again for letting our family stay in your home.

My wife and I stayed here for six nights. Being a 3Br, 2Ba home, it was ideal for our stay, because my wife's sister and sister-in-law also joined us for part of our stay. The location was perfect, being only a few miles away from our grand-daughter and the two great-grand babies. The pool was clean and refreshing (even though I was the only one that used it). There was quite a bit of food, drinks, condiments, etc. left by either the host or previous renters. Some people don't like this, but I enjoyed the honey, and sugar was also a hit.Communication with the host, Gordon, was outstanding. He called after we checked in to make sure everything went smoothly. During our stay we had a very minor issue: the oven light bulb went out. I texted him as an FYI, and he was prompt to return my text. Also, after we checked out, he contacted me that a couple of jackets had been left behind in the master bedroom closet and then worked with me to give my grand-daughter access to retrieve the left-behind jackets. Great host.The only negative about the home was the scratches in the kitchen (and master bedroom) cabinet faces. The cabinets were originally wood that had been painted over, and fingernails easily scratch the paint off when the cabinet doors are opened. Touchup of the paint and the addition of doorknobs/handles would likely solve most of that issue. It bothered my wife more than it did me. I still give the unit five stars.

The house was a perfect home base while visiting my daughter who just had twins. Gordon was easy to talk to so appreciate that as I didn’t know the area. The primary bedroom has an awesome comfortable bed and loved the large walk in closet! The pool looked so inviting but had no time to enjoy it.

The property needs new living room furniture, it was worn, the countertops were not clean, pool was cold, & couldn’t get gas to light on fire pit. This was disappointing. We were really looking forward to enjoying the outside area. On a positive note, we liked the house, the beds were comfortable, and the area was nice. With some updates & maintenance, it would be reallynice.

We love this house. It is in a nice, safe and clean neighborhood. We were so close to everything and more importantly, we were close to our family in town. We'd love to stay here again for future visits and definitely recommend this place for families.

The house was everything we could ask for. Comfortable bed and that was important as I have some back issues!

This was a great place to visit with old fiends near by and make great memories. Very relaxing and convenient location. The amenities were appreciated.

It was amazing. The house has everything you want and need while away from home.. everything was super clean. The grills outside the choice you have I used two of the three.
