Cozy North Shore Cottage - GREAT location, Pet friendly!

This property was a terrific location for our family to stay while visiting Family in the Chattanooga Area.

Loved it!

We loved the house. Super convenient in all Chatt has to offer. Walking distance to all Northshore’s attractions: Coolidge Park and the river, multiple shops and restaurants on Frazier, even possible to walk to the Tennessee Aquarium. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chattanooga.

The home was well stocked, very clean and the host was amazing!! Located near downtown and easy access to groceries and restaurants.

This place was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location in North Chattanooga. Everything worked, and we didn’t have a reason to reach out to our host; however, Carrie’s communication was always prompt and helpful. We loved being able to take our dog and walk everywhere. There are lots of restaurants and shopping walking distance.I was a little spoiled having Publix across the street and two flights of stairs away. The kitchen had the basic supplies I was looking for. I liked sitting on the deck and looking at spring popping up.We would definitely stay here again and are thinking about it or another one of Carrie’s properties for next spring. The only cons to deal with are the small bathroom and lack of a spot to put your things on in the one bedroom. It’s a small place, and things like that are to be expected. There was also some light road noise (trucks); it didn’t bother us, but it might bother others.

Everything was as it should be. We asked if we could check in early because we were coming from out of town and the host was very accommodating we were able to check in several hours earlier. It made it easy on us since we were traveling with our small dog. Great location close to everything we wanted to do.

House was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, nice view from the small table where we ate.

The cottage was so conveniently located…walking distance from the grocery store. It was perfect for my husband and I while we were visiting our daughter and son-in-law. Carrie was very welcoming and helpful! We definitely plan to return!

Home was in good shape, stayed warm during very cold temps, only issue was microwave didn't work properly but host was communicative.

The host was very communicative and friendly! We had a group of 4 and our pup stay and it was very accommodating for us. The only disappointment was the pictures of the house had not been updated prior to our stay, we were expecting the large sectional couch upon our arrival and discovered an oversized love seat and just one chair in the living room. There is also not as much yard space as the pictures had made it seem, the front yard has a steep drop off, so not much room for our dog to play. Other than this, everything was great! Still recommend this house and area!

Great little spot for a reunion with my sister and our partners! A bit snug but it worked brilliantly for a few days to explore Chattanooga. We were so close to my favorite vintage shops & tacos (RIP taconooga) and short drives to other activities (Rock city, signal mtn, Hunter art museum and Chattanooga ghost tour this trip). Fully recommend this cozy spot.

The house was lovely and in a perfect location. Host was responsive and kind. It was a great place for our family Christmas when my older son couldn’t travel home.

This cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It is within walking distance of many fun activities, shops, and restaurants. It is just behind a large grocery store and Walgreens is just down the street. The charm of the cottage starts with the yellow front and the rock landscaping. Inside is a spacious living room with inviting decor. I loved the kitchen. It has plenty of counter space, a coffee maker, and dishwasher. My favorite spot though was the sun porch and the little table set up where we had our morning coffee. On days when we weren't out exploring and visiting with family we enjoyed the very private deck and outdoor seating. Overall, we found our home away from home just what we needed. I also am very thankful for the friendliness and availability of Carrie, the owner. Our check-in and check-out process was unencumbered.

Very orderly house. Everything was very clean and really nice! Made for a relaxing visit to Chattanooga. Being close to downtown and multiple grocery stores was very helpful as well.

Had a great stay! The location was great with easy access to stores, coffee shops and Frazier Street. A free bluegrass fest was held at Ross Landing during our stay which was a quick walk across the bridge. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect location for our weekend in Chattanooga. Funding a pet-friendly stay so close to the North Shore was just what we needed. Communication with Carrie was easy and she was quick to respond.

Great property in ideal location

The house was perfectly located for vacationing in Chattanooga. Several restaurants are within walking distance. The Tennessee Aquarium and bridge is also within walking distance. The house met all of mine and my husband’s expectations. The house was clean, central air kept the house cool, water pressure was good. It was located in a low traffic area which was good for walking our dog. The reason I gave 4 starts was because I think ceiling fans would have given the house some air flow. There was 1 ceiling fan in 1 bedroom that didn't work. I talked with Carrie the owner after we checked out. She is going to make sure the fan will be fixed. My husband and I would stay in this house again.

Great cozy house in a great location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Property was very clean and well stocked. Very quick responses from property manager. 10 out of 10!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was conveniently located in walking distance to the park, restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Lookout Mountain and art district. Free electric shuttle into the city center or walk across bridge. The house was very clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee in the sunroom. Carrie, our host was very accommodating and thought of every detail to make our stay easy. We definitely will rent from Carrie again when we visit the area in the future.

Everything we needed was there. Clean, nice place to have a small child with you. I would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Was in Chattanooga for the Chatt Film Fest being held at the Theatre Center on North Shore. Was able to walk to that and many restaurants and businesses. Perfect for me.

This place was the best location ever. We could walk everywhere. Not to mention the people in the area. Extremelynice!!! Definitely coming back here!!!

Accurate to listing, lovely decor, easy walk to town for food, drinks and the grocery store. Coolidge and Renaissance Parks are close too and have nice walking trails and scenery. We love North Chatt!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend and loved it. Walking distance to so much, safe area, responsive host. Can’t ask for much more!

Cute cottage that’s in a great spot for walking anywhere you want to go. The Publix is right at your front door so don’t bother with basic groceries for your stay. We were able to pack in lots of activities due to the location.

The house was clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was how easy it was to walk and bike everywhere from the place. North Shore is a cute spot with lots of great shops and restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the house. We also used the bike share “bike Chattanooga” and were able to e-bike across the river to the attractions over there and down the greenway in Chattanooga. It was beautiful and so fun!

Everything about the house was exactly as described. Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, and a Publix right across the street. Perfect for a small family!

Had a wonderful time here to walk around Chattanooga! Home was perfect size for 2 people, cozy, comfortable and very well appointed! The host was very easy to work with and on the ball. Answered questions right away and very professional. I would 100% stay here again. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as the walking bridge. Loved it!

Great place, great location!

My husband and I chose this place because of its convenience to central Chattanooga, and that was wonderful! We like to walk when we visit a city and we were able to walk to lots of restaurants, shops, and sights that interested us. I knocked off one star for cleanliness only because the outdoor trashcan (where we were asked to drop our trash from inside) had not been emptied in some time and it was pretty unpleasant to open. The house itself though was perfectly clean and tidy and we had no complaints!

This house is perfect for a small family. We could walk most everywhere with our 8 and 4 year old. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to make snacks or small meals for the little ones. Pots, pans, cutlery, and coffee!

First of all, communication with the host was outstanding. The house was located just a 5 minute walk to the river where there was a nice park and several restaurants. There is a Publix grocery store within easy walking distance as well. We only stayed one night as a stopover on a longer trip, but are already planning on coming back for 3 or more nights so we can better appreciate the area and city

Clean, as advertised and an easy walk to Coolidge and Renaissance Parks and the Pedestrian Bridge, restaurants and shops. We love to bring our dogs with us to the Northshore area. The communication was great with the hostess and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. We hope to be able to rent this little gem in the future!

Property was just as described. Very clean with everything we needed and it was close to everything. We highly recommend.

My sister and I enjoyed the cozy home. The location was excellent for us being so close to the downtown area, grocery store and convenient to my daughter’s home. The house was very clean and comfortable! We actually stayed an extra night that Carrie had open. It’s my second time staying at this North Shore Cottage and I’ll likely come back!
