Cozy modern 2BR w/ workspace near Main St

Really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable (even more comfy than my bed at home!) and kitchen had everything we needed. We felt right at home! Loved the quiet neighborhood and location was close to everything we needed to get to. Would love to come back!

The host was so very accommodating, keeping things up-to-date and will check in. Location was phenomenal. Cleanliness was impeccable. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

This is an older home, well maintained. Very clean! Nice quiet neighborhood, easy access to restaurants, shopping etc. Would stay again. Suggestions-the chairs were not the most comfortable for tv watching, the light over the dining table was really dim.

Overall it was a nice place. We had one big issue with an appliance not working and luckily noticed as soon as we arrived. The host immediately returned my message about the issue and fixed the problem quickly. The only negatives i would list is that the master bedroom is very hot no ventilation, the only air is the attic fan no central air. The couch also needs replaced as the leather is wearing off and little black flecks get all over you when you sit on it, we endedup throwing a blanket over the couch. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials.

This home is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to everything. It is decorated beautifully, and very comfortable. We will look to book here again.

They thought of everything here!!! Beds were super comfy, even the pullout in the living room! There was nothing we didn’t like!! It was everything we needed! Enough space so my teens didn’t get on each others nerves, fast internet for my daughter to finish her summer school class. We enjoyed our stay at your place!!!

Everything was wonderful as advertised. Please please put some decent lights over the dining room table, maybe with a dimmer switch. We had our camping lantern to eat by which saved us.

The house was really nice. The living room space was great and comfortable. The kitchen is good and decently stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The beds were really comfortable. The lights in the dining area were kind of dim and would have been nice to be a little brighter, but overall this was a great place to stay.

This home is immaculate with comfortable furnishings and beds as well as a nice big kitchen. Extra pillows and sleep sound machines in each bedroom are a very nice touch! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. We will book this again on our next visit to Montrose.

This home was the perfect stay in Montrose. It is short drive to everything in town and to the South Rim of Black Canyon, but far enough that the neighborhood was perfectly calm and quiet at all hours. The home was spotless and the owners were easy to communicate with and were even proactive about asking if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. I definitely recommend this property for your Montrose area adventures!
