Cozy little house just 10 min from downtown Chattanooga

We were looking for somewhere close to Chattannooga for a long weekend getaway and this was a great location.

Clean, comfortable and a great location.

The home was as advertised. It’s a sort of no-frills property. It’s small, but a great value. Most importantly, it was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was fine, and very convenient to many local attractions. I would recommend to others.

This was a very cute little house that we stayed in for the night at the half-way point while moving from Kansas City to Orlando. The house was in a nice quiet area and was the perfect size for our party of 5 and a pet! Being right down the street from a Walmart, we were able to save a lot of money with not having to pay for a hotel and going out for dinner. They also provided all the amenities we could possibly need such as laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, towels, and WiFi. I highly recommend this location and these kind hosts!

Good place with backroads nearby to get around anywhere you need to go so you don’t have to get on the interstate.

This is a nice little house that I stay in frequently when I travel between my home in Indiana and my home in Florida. Conveniently located off I-24. The host is very responsive.

The house heated well. The beds were comfortable. No issues with the TV. We enjoyed our stay. We went to Ruby Falls today! Beautiful!

The recliners did not work, the refrigerator ice maker did not work, the gutter leaked right over the porch steps, the kitchen was poorly stocked with utensils.

The house was very nice. We enjoyed it. The yard needed a little attention. Walking my puppy (and it did rain) we got grass debris all over us. I did clean up after my puppy, but I noticed a neighbor's dog pooping in the yard! But yes we did have an enjoyable stay and would come back again!

Nice little house. It was very close to town but the refrigerator didn't work everything we had spoiled. Need to clean all the cobwebs from around the lights it looks very bad.

The house was well done. We were just there for the night. We arrived in the middle of a downpour. We sat in the car and waited. When the rain slowed, I got out to try the code and get us started unpacking the car and my dog.I have osteoporosis and am recovering from emergency surgery around my ostomy. I had a difficult time getting up the two very tall steps with no railing. Daddy also had trouble. I would suggest installing three wooden steps at standard height with a railing on top of very high steps.Otherwise, the place was nice.

My first impression was the cleanliness of your house! We had everything we needed and we were close to everything we wanted to do. The weather was beautiful and next time we would stay longer if possible. Thank you!

This property is a very convenient to Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain. It is a cozy, clean and comfortable house.

We wish we had more time! We only stayed one night as part of a cross country trip to give our nervous dog a break from hotels. The place is very clean and had everything you could possibly want for a multi night stay. We really enjoyed the neighborhood as well. Made for a great morning walk with the dog before we hit the road again. If we’re ever through Chattanooga, I would definitely stay here again

Perfect for stopover in Chattanooga. Very pet friendly with a good yard for walking your dog. The house was very clean with a comfortable bed. The only real con was the bathroom is not well lit at all (but it is supplied with plenty of towels and washcloths) and not all the windows had blinds. I would not have a problem with staying here again. I really had no need to contact the owner and there were no unexpected surprises or issues with the house. Chattanooga is a beautiful place.

This is our second stay at this property and it was just as good the second time around! This location is GREAT because it is situated between Lookout MT and downtown Chattanooga. Easy access to both areas.

The house was clean and comfy. The house has the basics. We did enjoy the proximity to surrounding attractions. Wish the weather was a little warmer so we could spend time looking at the stars in the night sky.Improvements would be worth it. The windows all need curtains. The current curtains are see through at night. The air is musty and needs to have the fan on all times. Was visited by ants during our stay. The vent covers need changed out, the shower floor needs to be redone, and the outdoor seating needs updated. We didn’t spend much time indoors but only to sleep.

Perfect location, we really could get everywhere within 20 minutes. House was located on a very quiet residential street, nicely maintained.Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

I have stayed at this house twice now as a midway point when traveling to Florida. It is conveniently located only 1 mile off the interstate and is nice and clean. I will stay again.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Will stay again when passing through the area. Better than a hotel room, especially if you are traveling with pets.

This worked great for us to sleep one night. Close to places to eat and easy access to get back on major routes to head on our way.

One bedroom has a terrible mattress, and you feel a Pole sore like a sofa bed. There are electric recliners shown in the living room picture, but the cords have been cut off and they do not recline. The lady I spoke with was very nice. But the house needed some serious updating. We left today early due to the fact that my back was killing me from sleeping on the bed. Bring your own toilet paper. There was only one roll, and a piece of another 1. The ice maker on the refrigerator does not work. We had to purchase our own hand soap because the dispenser in the bathroom was empty. Kitchen garbage can Lynn was broken. It would not close

We stopped overnight on our way to Florida. It was exactly what we needed. Will stay again!

Cozy little house located in a quiet neighborhood. Can’t go wrong staying here!

Clean, comfortable and quiet. The only thing I would have liked more was a better equipped kitchen. There was a minimal amount of utensils, other gadgets and pots and pans. I would gladly stay here again.

Very small but much better than staying in motel. Very close to modern conveniences and was able to visit Ruby Falls, definitely an attraction worth seeing.

Everything was great but 3 things. 1 i am a bath taker and the tub was missing enamal, 2 no drapes in kitchen and you could see all the way through, 3 the dryer was extremely noisy. You couldnt use it unless you were going to leave. Other then that, comfy bed, cute place, we used the grill. Could use a dish drainer and a couple more pots and bigger frying pan. Lovely host who responded quickly and helped out with last minute changes. Thank you

This house is the perfect location. Close to the city but away from the hustle and bustle of it. Super close to Walmart for needed items. Only thing that would have been better is bigger and softer beds and handrails up the steps to get into the house. But overall… this is a great place to stay!! Hostess was very fast to respond to messages.

Cute, clean cottage located in a quiet neighborhood. Location is very convenient to downtown. Perfect for 2 seventy-five year olds looking to rest and relax. It is convenient to a variety of restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. Also, our host, Ashlee was prompt and very helpful in resolving an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

We found this to be the perfect location for all our needs. Close to all the places we wanted to go. Shopping and places to eat near by. Feels like a home away from home.
