This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is perfect when you need extended family for SEMO events. We love this house, and this time they made it feel extra special with the Christmas decorations. I thought that was a great touch! We will always hope this is available when we need the extra space.

There was a very small driveway, loud area but other than that the place was nice. The check-in and Check- out process was easy and there was plenty of room.

We had a comfortable stay. The owner said the house was 100 years old but it has been updated to modern time. Beautiful wooden floors. The location was perfect and the owners thought of everything to include in the house for accommodations. Will definitely return.

Very nice stay. Very clean. There is everything where what you need to enjoy your stay. Owner even provided toothbrush and toothpaste. Very good And fast communication with tho host. Short walk to SEMO and Capaha field. Mary Jane’s restaurant around the corner. Highly recommended.

So close to SEMO. Beds are a bit smaller than our liking, but the location and convenience keeps us coming back when visiting our daughter there.

This was the perfect location for a game weekend! Location to the stadium was perfect, and the house was great for a pre- game lunch with family.

House was easy to find and communication with the hosts was great. Keyless entry was convenient. The house is an older house that has been kept up very well. I absolutely loved the wood flooring and decor throughout the home. There is a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a bedroom with a full bathroom attached. The attention to detail here in every area of the home was quite nice. The living room had inviting couches and a tv. My son LOVED the starfish/sand dollar tic-tac-toe game! Bedrooms all had comfy beds, soft sheets/pillows and plenty of space for storage. The bathrooms both had plenty of towels and some complimentary toiletries including toothbrushes/toothpaste which was a very nice touch that I wish all VRBO's included. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare any food. There were a few cold waters in the fridge waiting for us as well as some k pods for the Keurig machine. The kitchen was a bit on the smaller side and had 2 chairs to sit at the island/bar. There was no dedicated dining area, however the owners did have a foldable table and chairs in one of the closets that could be set up if you needed more dining space, which was very considerate. We had such a wonderful stay here at this lovely house. We would definitely recommend it to anyone who will be staying in the area. Location worked perfect for family function in town, could easily drive back and forth. Neat and clean.

Everything about the property was as advertised. We visited the area for the Rock the Country concert, and we needed a place to sleep and get ready. It was very comfortable for four adults, we could have easily spent more time there if we had it. The kitchen was well appointed. Bathrooms stocked for guests. Very pleased, and the owner was great for us to work with before our stay for any questions.
