Great Penthouse!

Our group of four had plenty of room and we enjoyed the rooftop patio with a great view. The owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The location was great with an easy walk to the restaurants, shops and bars of downtown Cape. A couple of small improvements would make it even better; some blankets to use when sitting on the patio in the evening, a few more extras like toilet paper, kleenex, and soap. We would definitely stay here again!

The penthouse is really nice and clean. The location is good and parking is right outside the building, so that was nice. I enjoyed my time there.

My husband and I were in town for an event at the Show Me Center. The place was top notch on every aspect. Easy communication with the host and close to everything we needed/wanted. We are looking forward to staying here anytime we are in town.

Communicating with the hosts was extremely easy, and they’re very kind! The apartment had a pretty view, and it was really clean. Would stay again!

Parking right next to door. Steps to get into building but then elevator to your door. Spacious rooms. Very comfortable. Giant windows so even if you can't be on the rooftop deck you can see the river and bridge. Walk to town is downhill then uphill back but worth every step.

Property was on top floor, spacious, lots of windows, easy highway access and amazing rooftop balcony with comfy furniture. Andrew was an amazing host and super responsive! We will definetely stay here again!

This place was located close to EVERYTHING! This is your ideal spot for location. We would have walked to century casino if it was so hot. The house was spacious and cozy. The deck was my favorite place. Clear sky, saw the stars and moon. The owners were really responsive to questions. Didnt wait a full minute for a response.

Enjoyed staying in the penthouse apartment near downtown. The location was easy to get to and had a nice view of the river. We enjoy walking to a coffee shop one morning that was nearby. The apartment was clean, 2 bathrooms for getting ready, tv's in the living room and bedrooms, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, the beds were comfortable, but the pillows could be better. We travel to Cape about once a year and would stay here again.
