Amazing stay, loved the bed and hot tub. Close to town but also away.

It was very nice and well let. Quaint and quiet weekend. Just what we needed.

Beautiful space indoors and out, can’t wait to come back when the weather allows more time for the outdoor amenities!

This is one amazing property! Every detail is well thought out and it is the perfect place for a couples getaway. It is clean and spacious and we enjoyed the outdoor spaces as much as the indoor ones. Host was responsive and everything was a breeze in regards to check in and check out. We would and plan to stay here again in the near future.

Perfect setting for a short getaway. The house is nicely appointed with added amenities and perfect for couples. The house was lovely and we took advantage of relaxing on the bed by the pond and the hot tub. We would recommend this property to our friends and family and hope to return sometime.

We were celebrating 28th Anniversary and this property was perfect.

My wife and I stayed in this charming little cabin on the first night of our 30th wedding anniversary road trip. It's just the right size for a party of two, located in close proximity to Cape Girardeau. The host is friendly and prompt, and the cabin experience was ideal. It was clean, modern and stylish, with an understated flair that made our stay feel special. We appreciated every little detail.

We had a wonderful time at the Twisted Sassafras Treehouse. The cabin was secluded but conveniently located near many great restaurants and activities. The property was comfortable and clean. We'd be happy to stay again.

Charming little treehouse. We wanted a private little getaway that was still semi close and it was perfect. The hot tub, the outdoor set up, the two person shower. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our peaceful getaway here. Everything was very clean and we were grateful for all the amenities and furnishings that were provided. We spent most of our time exploring Jackson, Mo which is very close to this property. Thank you for a unique and positive experience! We hope to come back for our 25th.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! A beautiful place built on a beautiful property; we enjoyed the hot tub under the stars and the morning coffee on the porch (and another hot tub ). Great place for some R&R, and excellent communication with the owner in advance. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This place is Magical..

This was a perfect getaway to unwind and unplug for a few days. The house itself is just as nice as the pictures show. I would recommend this place to family and friends looking to relax and recharge. We planned to stay in and cook all meals during our stay, but decided to go out for one dinner. There are plenty of good restaurant options just a short drive away. One item to point out that I missed when I was first considering the property, the house does not have an oven. We realized that before we left and planned our meals accordingly. There is a nice toaster oven provided. There is also a nice gas grill on the deck that fired up right away.

Stayed here for our 5 year anniversary as a weekend getaway and it was perfect! This property is perfect for a couples retreat and I couldn't recommend it more. Everything was very clean and the hosts were super accommodating considering it was a special occasion. We can't wait to come back again!

We used this as our wedding night suite and it couldn't have been more perfect. Very clean and accurate to photos. Beautiful backyard with pond and swinging bed. Serene and relaxing - had everything we needed.

Extremely happy with our stay! Everything was perfect and even better than we expected! We have done about a dozen VRBO and ABnB stays and this was the cleanest stay we have ever had. The outdoor bed was wonderful and the location was good. It was close to town yet couldn't see any other houses from the deck or the outdoor bed in the backyard. There was a nice firepit and hot tub, (however we didn't use them). Very fast message replys when I had a question for the hosts. This was a great stay to get away for a couple days, I highly recommend it! Thank you!
