Relax in this charming beach home, located just a short stroll from the beach, the pool/restaurant and overlooking scenic Lake Gavin. You’ll enjoy sunrise Gulf views from the front balconies, sunset views from the rear balconies, and charming vistas over the lake toward the rest of the community.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

On the first floor, you’ll love the cozy den. It's a great space that features comfy seating, a wet bar, and flat-screen TV. It’s perfect for welcoming guests, entertaining friends, or serving as a hang-out for kids staying in the adjacent bunk room. At the end of the hallway, the back door opens to a deck & overlooks Lake Gavin and a porch swing for two. It's a perfect spot for fishing! There are laundry facilities on the bottom floor to accommodate guests not having to take dirty towels up to the main floor. Access the main gathering space on the second floor via an elevator or the broad stairwell. The main living space is an open floor plan under a high, vaulted ceiling, combining the kitchen, the living room with a large leather sectional and captain's chair, and the dining area, with a great table that seats a crowd! The functional space opens to the front balcony, where you can catch glimpses of the Gulf and the dunes from the rockers or while enjoying a meal at the high top table. There is a side balcony off the kitchen with a grill and a staircase down to the ground level. An oversized butler's pantry offers plenty of space for storage as well as laundry facilities

SLEEPING QUARTERS: With three bedrooms, a loft and four bathrooms there’s plenty of room for the whole family, or two! The first-floor bunk room offers four twin beds, beachy bedding, and a sea star rug, along with a Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom. On the second floor, two primary suites with king-size beds flank the kitchen—each with gorgeous Shabby Chic-style bedding. One of the primary suites offers a daybed and trundle to accommodate two more guests, and both have beautiful on-suite bathrooms and access to a second balcony that overlooks Lake Gavin, the dunes, and the Great Lawn. A third-floor loft space has a pair of classic, wrought-iron twin beds, a wet bar, and flat-screen TV, and it opens to a balcony with fantastic views of the beach & gulf.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND EVICTED.
This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals will immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our son and daughter-in-law and 4 grandchildren with us. It was a wonderful week and one of our best ever family vacations. The house was very clean and the elevator was a huge extra for me and the luggage. However I would have liked to see the home maintained a little better. We had a light in the elevator hanging out of the ceiling. Several towel bars are coming off of the wall and a few cabinet doors are also about to fall off. A piece of a canopy bed fell off and hit my back but the staff was there quickly to repair it. We ordered one of our dinners from a Cinnamon South restaurant and picked it up to bring home to eat. One of the salads only had shrimp tails in it; someone had eaten our shrimp and thrown the tails in the salad. That was an unwelcome hiccup; the staff refunded us for the salad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The house was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable. I enjoyed my coffee overlooking the lake every morning and watching the turtles. The ac broke and had the house at 80 degrees the last two days but management brought fans and had repair men out to fix it on our last night there. We were not there much during the day so it did not affect us too much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The community is fantastic. Having a boardwalk to the beach, rentable beach chairs/umbrellas, golf cart delivered to your house, a walkable community, cafes/stores/restaurants on site, you really never have to leave the community. This house in particular had a great layout with the main floor (2nd story) having 2 king rooms, the kitchen, living, and laundry, a great view, and also an outside staircase leading to direct entry to main floor (2nd story). The lower floor had its own entrance, own sitting area with TV, 4 bunk beds, and another laundry room. Careful if you have little kids (or teens) because almost every room had a balcony or a door to exit the house. Elevator came in handy for loading/unloading the car. Was updated and comfortable and had all the kitchen needs you could want (we cooked all meals at the house): coffee maker (pod and regular), blender, air fryer, toaster, pots/pans/bowels/utensils. Outside showers and lakeside seating were added bonuses. Bring your own beach towels though!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home had many issues during our stay and needs some TLC and basic items (like cookware and coffee mugs) along with several repairs (door knobs, kitchen cabinets, windows, lights and more). It is in a great location and the layout of the home is good (note that the 3rd floor bedroom does not have a bathroom on that floor, but there is one on the 2nd floor), but after renting several homes in CS, this was our most disappointing. You can tell no one has gone through it and fixed items that need fixing or replaced whatever is missing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation coincided with Tropical Storm Alberto. Extremely high tides all week, high winds & tropical rains prevented us from having umbrellas for 6 days. Fortunately, we still had a fun vacation fishing in the lake, enjoying this storm from our balconies, and baking in the beautiful kitchen. Casa Blanca is still our favorite home (3 yrs) after 12 years at Cinnamon Shore.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: this is a great house in a great location of Cinnamon Shore. Check in was easy, the place is very clean, well laid out, and thoughtfully furnished. However, it wasn't until late on the first night that we realized we had no hot water and now oven/stove because the gas was turned off. The CS staff found us another home to move into, which was great, but moving twice during a short weekend stay was a hassle.

    Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was nice and well equipped for large parties, but we had several basic issues that made our trip disappointing given the amount of money paid for the home. The first night, the refrigerator was not working. When management was called, no one came until the very end of the evening. The next day, the refrigerator was still not working properly and I requested a temporary one as told by management as an option. This was at 11am. No one came by with the temporary device until 7pm. There was a door in the 3rd level that was unlocked when we arrived. Because this was a safety concern, no one was able to use the room. Also in that 3rd floor room, there were no working lights - the lamps nor the ceiling lights were again, unable to room the 3rd floor room (which was why we rented the house so that every guest could have their own room). The shower was in and out of hot water. So I called to report all these other issues, but no one showed up to fix the problems. I would expect this type of service from a low rent establishment, but I paid for a 4 bedroom home and had to have two guests share a room. Overall, we were all disappointed with the house and the service from Cinnamon Shore and will not be staying there again.

We were here last year, but it was newly owned & the owner has made wonderful improvements since that time. It is a beautiful family home with great coastal views and a quiet neighborhood. We would love to come back in the Fall to enjoy the fireplace!
