Cozy Home near Beach/Racetrack

We enjoyed our stay as the home was very neat and clean. Excellent check in and check out instructions.

We didn’t know that there were stairs and that you had to walk down a flight of stairs everytime you needed to use the restroom. I have a bad knee and had difficulty with the stairs. Kitchen was not well-stocked with proper cooking items (ie, flat bake tray/cookie sheet or flat frying pan) PLUS there was no dishwasher soap for the machine. No kleenex boxes were provided. Didn’t like master bathroom! You might as well set the toilet next to the bed. No privacy/not soundproof! All cleaning supply bottles (ie dish soap) were almost empty. Unit not very well maintained/stocked with necessities. Disappointed for what we paid. Thank you for our stay but your home has an undesireable layout.

Location to Del Mar racetrack is perfect. Walking distance is roughly 25 mins. House is easy to locate, spacious. Older house but nice back patio. The only drawback is there is no TV in the second bedroom. And the fan light in the second bedroom would not shut off the last night, but the owner did respond next day that they would have it looked at.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It looks just like the pictures it’s very clean. The backyard is lovely. The fire pit is a great touch.Any words of advice is I would request more blankets and better mattresses The guestroom bed doesn’t have a box spring and the mattress is very small and very hard

My friend and I were very pleased with this house. Both of the beds were very comfortable. The two couches in the living room were perfect for watching movies, and we appreciated the long dining room table for meals. The upper deck was great, and the courtyard on the ground floor was amazing!

If you are staying in the area, this is a great choice. The place was great. It was clean, well appointed, and clean.If I was to have one minor nitpick it would be no window coverings on the top floor. We did a movie night there and you feel on display a bit. My daughter also slept on pull out and it made it a little difficult with the early light.That being said, we would stay again no problem.

We stayed for just a few days but the place was great - clean, spacious, easy to find and a cute little neighborhood. We’d definitely stay again!

My two daughters + I spent a few days at this lovely property; it was beyond expectation: peaceful, clean, great location, all amenities provided that ensured a memorable stay. We'll be back.

My friend and I stayed 6 nights in this duplex in July 2024. The location was good. It's a quick drive to the beach. The communication was good with the property manager. The unit wasn't ready at 3:00, but I didn't mind. It was just somewhat clean. My biggest issue was the ant infestation. They were in the kitchen and master bathroom. They were probably in other rooms, but that's where I saw them. I opened the microwave oven, and they were everywhere. I appreciated that I was given one free night due to the infestation of ants. I was so grossed out that I did not prepare any meals. I had to eat out for every meal. I would not stay here again. The unit slept two comfortably, but I would suggest a party of no more than 4.
