Reviewer Comments: Overall Slightly Above Average stay. 2 families with toddlers were able to stay here no problem. We Amare in the weekend and did not hear any construction noise until Monday when we checked out. Contrary tot he listing, there are only 3 bathrooms and the hammock hideout is no longer there. Besides that, everything in the listing is accurate. Slightly longer walk, definitely would recommend a golf cart. Would stay here again. 4/5 stars.

Kitchen was awesome and well provisioned with nice utensils, pots and pans, etc. pantry and eating area were very convenient. Downstairs bathroom/shower was small for our teens, but upstairs made up for it. Location was a bit far back from the beach and close to the road, so the view was of the golf cart lot and management office. Pool access was reasonably close. Golf cart is required, as driving to the beach is much farther.

It will comfortably sleep 10 people. Note that one bedroom has bunk beds. However, 2 bunks are double beds and could be used by adults. My only point of concern was that there were no streaming services. We had to log in with our own credentials.

We are completely in love with the property, the pools are great the restaurants are wonderful and the staff is very professional and still personal. We love that we feel safe letting our kids play outside, fishing and playing at the game areas. Perhaps the resort could either supply or warn guest of the tar on the beach. We tried to not bring it up to the house with us, but we were not equipped with the right tools to remove tar. As for the house: The King bed is lumpy and the linens are not quality. The floor was so dirty that we couldn't walk barefoot as the owner asked us to remove our shoes. The note the owner left us in the house put us a bit on edge. We are very respectful of others vacation homes as we have one, and we felt like we might be charged for any little infraction so it was a little hard to fully relax and have fun.

The only thing I would recommend to the owners is to add railing to the two top bunks in the bunk room. Our kids are older so we did not have any problems with the top bunks. But, if younger kids were sleeping up there, It could be unsafe. The cottage is adorable and we enjoyed our stay!

Even staying at the South less developed location it was a top beach trip for our family. The golf carts you can take right up to the beach and the wonderful boardwalks are amazing. The staff was SO responsive and quickly helped with all our needs. There is not a railing on the front 4 steps of the property, and this was challenging for my 83 year old FIL but they quickly came and had a ramp screwed in. The unit had what we needed, The mattresses and pillows were a little lumpy and likely soon due for a refresh. Overall we will deff return to Cinnamon Shores and look forward to trying out the North Side next time. Although at dusk watching the sunset at the South infinity pool is an experience you won't' want to miss.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was great. There were ten of us (two moms and eight 15 year old girls) for my daughter's birthday. The house felt open and was the perfect layout for us. The girls slept in the two rooms downstairs, and the moms shared the king room upstairs. There was plenty of seating for everyone.We loved being in Cinnamon Shore South. It was quiet and our teens were happy to not have a lot of younger kids around. The pool in South was not crowded (at one point we were the only ones there).We didn't rent a golf cart since we figured we'd have to get on the freeway to get to Cinnamon Shore North. I now realize we could've taken a golf cart from South to North by driving along the beach, so I would recommend a golf cart. However, cars are allowed to drive on the beach and there was an access road about five miles away. So we used a car to drive the cooler and bags to the beach while some of us walked. I'm guessing the walk to the boardwalk was 1/4 mile, so not bad at all (as long as we didn't have to lug a lot of stuff).A couple downsides of the rental - two of the three TV remotes didn't work, no access to the garage was given (and the shower was near the garage and in a construction zone so no easy way to shower in the back and then walk back to the front of the house), and the king bed was so creaky that every time someone rolled over it would wake us.Overall, the house was perfect and quiet. It has the most beautiful West sunset view from the back porch. We loved our stay and how quiet this community was!

It had everything you could possibly think of stocked in the kitchen. We loved the seating everywhere upstairs. It made it really easy to hang out and watch TV or play games. I will say, if you had more than 6 people, it would get a little crowded. Also, I think the master bedroom could use an update on furniture. The bed squeaked with every tiny move and all of the pillows in the house were either super flat, or super hard. This wouldn’t deter us from staying again. We’d just bring our own.
