Cozy Cottage located in Franklin, TN on a 6 Acre Mini Farm

Adorable and comfortable country cottage! Perfect for a relaxing family or couples retreat! Clean and stocked with the goodies! Enjoyed the fire pit, front door swing, and spending time with the sweet donkeys, goats, and dogs.

This little cozy cottage in the country was the perfect respite! Stayed with friends to celebrate my 50th. Franklin is absolutely beautiful. The location is perfectl. Close to downtown Franklin, Leipers Fork, and just a short drive on the freeway to downtown Nashville. The donkey's were such a highlight, I fed them everyday! The fire pit made Halloween night seem extra special, especially right next to the cemetery, (didn't have a scary feel, just a peaceful one). Beds were super comfortable. House is so clean. The porch offers views of sunrise, and sunset! (If I owned the place I would probably get rid of the pine trees out front just to enhance the view, but it did not take anything away). This charming home away from it all (but close enough to everything), is SO good for the soul!! I will be back for sure!

We absolutely loved this place! Location was perfect, beautiful property and super comfy beds which after staying in downtown Nashville for a night was nice change. Loved all the details in this vrbo! Goats and donkeys were really fun also!!! Thank you! We will be back next time we come to visit family again:)

Cozy house and perfect for a weekend get away. We hiked on the Natchez trace and enjoyed leipers fork!

There are two bathrooms and the online description only says 1. Super great stay , very spacious and didn’t feel crammed. I would 10/10 stay here again!

We stayed at this property for our annual girls trip to Franklin. It was perfect in every way. It was super clean, abundantly stocked, quiet, spacious and beautifully decorated as well. Communication with the manager was easy and she responded promptly. The location was great and the place had plenty of parking. We loved our experience and highly recommend it to everyone.

My family and I were so happy to stay at the Cozy Cottage over the holidays. It was just perfect! It was everything it said it would be and more. The host even decorated the cottage for the holidays with a beautiful Christmas tree. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you so much!

We evacuated here from the hurricane and it was just what our family needed.. kids running barefoot in the grass, sunsets on a front porch swing and sweet farm animals that my kids loved to feed. Highly recommend.
