Cozy Cottage by the river in trout town .

The place was perfect! Nice trail to the river in the back, the kitchen is beautiful, the area is nice and quiet. Loved our weekend stay here.

The garden is large, there is a river in the back, it is dog friendly, and there are toys for the dogs. There is also a brewery nearby, which was perfect for a relaxing stay

The home lived up to its name Cozy! Well equipped with all the amenities!

What a wonderful stay in a warm and welcoming home. The pictures and details are 100% accurate and then some. A pleasant welcome gift was a wonderful surprise. The front porch and backyard areas are beautiful. I wish I had better weather to enjoy. Next time! The home itself is very clean, spacious and inviting. This is such a well appointed home. Not one thing you may is already there. Alina communicates often and is readily available. I cannot say enough how great this place is. Quiet street with minimal traffic. The property is very comfortable. It is equipped with everything needed for cooking and has nice self-care products. I've taken my dog several times and she loves it...especially the lovely outdoor space with bunnies

This was my 3rd time at the cozy cottage. No complaints at all. The siding will be a great improvement when its done.

Cozy cottage was the perfect spot! It is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Alina was responsive when we had questions and very graciously left a treat when we arrived. We all enjoyed time at the creek behind the house and it was a great home base for exploring the Catskills. I just wish we’d had a few more days.

Easy check-in and allowed to check in a little early on request, Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, great location for our fishing trips, nice fire pit, nice landscaping. All around nice comfortable stay.

The house was comfortable. The yard was great for my dog to run around. The creek out back is lovely. The road is a dead end, so barely any traffic at all. Very quiet. There were games, puzzles, movies, kitchen supplies, etc. Everything was easy to find and navigate. Nice place to stay.

As described, an immaculate cottage close to the Beaver Kill for fishing and the Little Beaver in the backyard. Very accommodating host with great communication. Would recommend!

My initial impression of the property was not great; the property definitely needs some external TLC.But, you can't judge a book.by its cover!The interior was lovely and has even we needed for a very enjoyable visit.

Very clean, very sweet, true you can't let the outside scare you it's beautiful inside. Creek was perfect. If you go to get groceries there is a dollar general go there before you go to pecks market they're expensive

The house was well equipped and clean. The property was very nice, lots of space to walk to the creek and I enjoyed the firepit. Quiet street so you can relax and listen to the creek and watch the stars. Theres an AC in the closet upstairs for the bedrooms that I didn't see at first. Overall great stay especially if you are going to Bethel Woods, 30 mins on back roads perfect place to stay for concerts. Thank you to the host .

We enjoyed our stay here . The house is clean and well organize .Everything work well . Everything was provided no need to worry about personal needs ( shampoo ,soap , toothpastes , mouthwash, body wash )The place are quite and the ground well kept.

Great location for some of the finest trout fishing water in the world. The house was comfortable, welcoming, with attention to many helpful details, supplies, working WiFi. Quiet location right on the Little Beaverkill. Thoroughly enjoyable.
