Description

Our cabin is a stylish retreat set on 5 private wooded acres. All houses in this private neighborhood have at least 5 acres, providing a secluded environment. Just 1.5 hours from Manhattan, the home is 12 min away from Livingston Manor, where you can enjoy a day in nature and venture out to NYC-quality restaurants and breweries in the evening. There is also excellent access to hiking, fly fishing, and snow sports.
Our newly built, air-conditioned home has vaulted ceilings, bright sunlight,designer furniture, and forest views. Enjoy the deck for dining or watching the moonrise.
Living in the house you are immersed in the woods, which enter the home through the large windows in every space.
The space
The house has three bedrooms, a large integrated living space, and two bathrooms with tubs. A modern style and light tones dominate the atmosphere. There are ceiling fans and air conditioning in every room.

The common space integrates the living room, the dining room, and the kitchen. It features a wood-burning stove and an OLED TV.

The spacious en-suite main bedroom is decorated in light blue tones. The king-size bed has a memory foam mattress and bamboo sheets. One hundred percent linen sheets are also available. The furnishings and fabrics in this room are of high quality.

A silk kimono gives the second bedroom a modern Japanese style. A queen-size platform bed has a hybrid mattress. There is also a desk with a computer with guest access. Workout equipment can be found in this bedroom's closet. This room has blackout blinds.

The rose-themed room also has a queen-size bed with a hybrid mattress. Adults or children can use this vaulted ceiling room. You can find a playmat for babies and toddlers in the closet.

The outdoor deck is furnished with an outdoor teak dining table, and DWR lounge chairs and coffee table. There is a large umbrella for sunny days and an outdoor heater for cool fall evenings. The grill is also on the deck.

We keep the outdoors wild so, through the large double glass windows, you feel surrounded by the woods. Our trees are mostly deciduous with fall foliage colors in the bright yellow to reds, sunny winters, and wild ferns under the canopy shade in the summer.

This was our best vacation rental experience ever. It looks even better than the pictures! The cabin is tastefully furnished with high-quality items, resulting in a peaceful atmosphere. The oversized windows and vaulted ceilings bring the woods into the home. It is a fantastic location close to Livingston Manor, Roscoe, and many hiking trails at a short drive. Upward Brewery was a pleasant discovery. We came during the awe-inspiring leave-turning season: we highly recommend this stay and hope to be returning soon. Thank you for this wonderful weekend!
