Cozy, Coastal Retreat! Minutes from Parris Island!

We had a great stay here! Very nice setup, a real kitchen with dishware, cookware (so many places don't) AND Brad was very accommodating and responsive to our pet and trip needs. Having the wetlands next door and being able to see a fantastic rookery in full nesting action was over the top! Definitely coming back!

When visiting Parris Island Marine base for our granddaughter’s graduation, this place was the perfect rental. Super clean, convenient location & comfortable. Excellent!

We stayed here for our nephews Marine Corps boot camp graduation. It’s really close to Parris Island, it was super clean, pet friendly, next door to a nature trail that we walked daily, and the host provided a park pass to hunting island which was amazing! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks so much!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to our questions and the kitchen has modern appliances. The home is located minutes from the beach and the Parris Island Marine Corps base.

This is the second time we have stayed at this location for a week long stay. We truly love the layout and it's proximity to different places in Port Royal. Brad, the owner, is super nice. I would highly recommend renting this space.

Our family had a great time at this home! The home has everything you need. The beds, bedding, and pillows were the best I've ever slept on at a VRBO. The house is also steps away from the rookery and we were able to hear the birds and walk to see them every morning and evening. We also really appreciated the state park pass and were able to go to Hunting Island and Hilton Head. Our family will definitely be looking to rent this home again for future trips!

Very nice duplex. It had all of the amenities needed and is walking distance to the shops and Cyprus Wetlands. We will definitely stay here again. The host is very kind and responsive.

Great location to go watch my son graduate boot camp at Parris Island. Not too far from base and had wonderful little restaurants near to try.

Home was very clean and provided everything needed, such as towels, soap and shampoo, all kitchen utensils, coffee etc..very nice clean home.

Everything!! Location was perfect, a short 10 minute drive to Parris Island and walking distance to local restaurants and shops! Being from Louisiana where alligators are common to us, we enjoyed watching others, watch the alligators behind the property! Could not have found any other location to accommodate us any better. Exactly what we needed we stay the week, attended my sons marine graduation then he came an stayed with his family at the house everything was perfect!

Amazing communication from our host and a great location for our visit to watch our son graduate boot camp. Only 5 minutes away from the checkpoint on Parris Island and had everything that would could possibly need already stocked! Beautiful, cozy home in a nice neighborhood with trails and a very nice park within walking distance for the kids to get the zoomies out! Overall great experience. If you’re looking to find a place close to the Marine Corps Depot, or just visiting the area, highly recommended!

The house was so cozy and stocked with anything you would need for your stay. The close proximity to the small town was a huge bonus for my family. We enjoyed being able to walk to lunch and breakfast. Being ablento walk the trails of the wetlands practically in the backyard was out favorite part.

We had a wonderful stay! It was a perfect location in Port Royal with everything we needed just a short walk away. There was an excellent kitchen too which made it so easy to prepare a meal. We would most definitely stay again!

We came down for graduation at Parris Island for our son. We were 10 minutes from the main gate on base. It was so easy to get there from the house. Lots of places to eat and the neighborhood was super quiet. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

The place is in an amazing location to check out the beaches and right next door to the marsh walk. It had everything you could possibly need and is beautiful! Don't hesitate to book here!!

Great place in a great location. Walkable to Samds Beach and Fishcamp on 11th. The house was clean and well equipped. Communication was outstanding.

This beautiful, well appointed, CLEAN townhome was the perfect home base for a visit to the area. Our trip was a Memorial weekend girlfriend getaway. The location is a short drive to Beaufort, Paris Island, and Hilton Head.We pulled up to the house which has parking right out front for 2 vehicles, located in a quiet neighborhood, walkable to a few restaurants and a nice playground.We were so happy we picked this VRBO unit. My friend and I kept commenting on how clean the house was. The pictures are accurate but doesn't capture the charm and beautiful decorations. The first floor has a comfortable living room/dining room. The kitchen was so well equipped and CLEAN. There is a half bath on the first floor as well. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans that we needed to cook at home. The kitchen has a carafe/pod machine. There was also a good supply and variety of pods. Kitchen is updated and the washer/dryer combo is on the first floor as well. Upstairs were two bedrooms and a full bath. The bedroom to the right has a king bed that is quite comfortable. My girlfriend stayed in that room and kept saying how comfortable the bed was. The bedroom to the left also has a king bed with a firmer mattress (which I love) so I had great sleep as well. My room to the had the twin over regular bunk and there was great space in the room with all three beds. I didn't feel crowded staying in there. The house can comfortably fit 2 adult couples and 2 kids. You wont regret staying.

Our stay was the best air b&b experience I have had I think in ever it was like I left home and went home. My family and I went down for my daughter’s graduation from the marines in Paris Island so if you are looking to book for that reason this property is very close and very spacious for a two bedroom. The instructions were very clear I had no issues getting in the house smelled great when you walk in very very clean and well stocked. Things that I thought that I would need to bring “already there” like tissue, paper towels, cleaning supplies, air freshener, trash bags literally everything. Everything worked “WIFI JUMPING” beautiful quiet street Literally no noise. I believe this neighborhood is filled with retired people just riding around on their golf carts enjoying the weather. One house down they have a trail that you can walk and see different types of birds and animals alligators turtles just amazing to see and people are there just to take pictures, Ahh it was great. My kid locked us out incidentally and I was able to get the host on the phone and get right in, in a matter of minutes. If I could rate this property higher it would be a ten star for me we had a great time and was very comfortable thank you so much.

The condo was exactly as advertised and more. It was beautiful, comfortable and accommodating in every way. We fully utilized every aspect inside and out. The home is very close to Parris Island for graduations and restaurants for enjoyment. It’s walking distance to quaint town for food or shopping. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, charming home in Port Royal. Only 10 minutes from Parris Island, which was great. Just a few steps away from the Cypress Wetlands where we could enjoy an early morning walk along the wooden bridges and pathways. The home was extremely clean and we had everything we needed for the week. Brad was excellent with communication and so pleasant. Highly recommend.

This townhouse literally around corner from probably best bird Rookery on the east coast. Cypress Gardens has amazing close up experience with all sorts storks, herons and egrets, plus turtles and alligators. And not an amusement park or zoo, these are wild animals that grown up with humans around them, so just ignore you. It also short drive to Beaufort and the ocean. Can even take day trip to Hilton head or even Savanah or Charleston. Townhouse itself was clean and modern.

This was our second time staying at this cozy home and we hope to be back soon. It has everything needed while away. It is very close to Parris Island which is the reason for our trips. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. We highly recommend this VRBO.

This rental is fantastic, it met every need we had. Just an absolute pleasure to stay here, I would def stay here again and recommend to anyone. Having the boardwalk literally in your backyard was amazing. We went walking everyday. Sometimes twice a day. Just an overall fantastic stay. Thank you for making our trip wonderful.

Instead of trying to get several hotel rooms, I chose to get a home through VRBO for our family to stay together. We were attending my nephews graduation from Parris Island and it was a great place to be and not be on top of each other. Someone could watch TV downstairs while the others slept undisturbed upstairs. The home was very inviting, clean, comfortable and just as shown on the website. The property manager was very kind and quick to respond. He answered anyall questions completely. We only wish we had been able to stay a little longer to enjoy the area. The only downside (which has nothing to do with this wonderful home or owner) is trying to get transportation to and from airports, the base and actually anywhere. Thank you for adding to the wonderful time we had visiting your city.

Excellent place to stay while in town for my nephew’s graduation. Paris Island was minutes away. Plenty of amenities around for anything you need. House was clean and in a nice neighborhood. And a nice nature trail right next door that we got the check out. Would recommend this property to anyone

There were five of us that stayed here for a couple of nights for my son’s Marine graduation. It’s maybe a 6 minute drive to Parris Island. Great location from the island. The house has everything we needed, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, linens. We didn’t have to bring anything accept a few groceries of course. Very clean. They do have WiFi at the house. My internet service on my phone would not work anywhere else besides at the house with WIFI. Everyone else I spoke to in that area also had bad cell service. The owner was fast to respond when we had a question. The house is right next to a walking wooden bridge where we got to see some alligators, that was really cool. Many of the people we ran into in the area were also there for a graduation. Port Royal Boat Landing is maybe a mile from the house. It has a beautiful walking bridge there where we seen a dolphin. It also has some beach front. It was a really nice stay. The town has an old timey feel to it which I loved. I’m very happy we chose this spot for our trip.
