At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as a cabana-lined infinity pool with hammocks and sun deck; a 7-acre lake stocked with fish; a lakeside boardwalk; a community pier; bridge-side overlook pavilions, and a playscape. A family pool with a splash pad.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The entire first floor is open-concept, with a full gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room.
Cook for a crowd in the sleek kitchen, designed to showcase all-white cabinetry, crisp tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The oversized kitchen island has room for a gas range and counter space to serve three people seated in bar-height rattan chairs. The farmhouse-style table seats 10 for memorable meals or game night. It all overlooks the casual living room, with comfortable seating and a 65 inch flatscreen TV mounted on a shiplap-clad wall. This entire light-filled living area opens onto the furnished patio and enclosed yard - a safe area for young children to play. Enjoy your morning coffee outside, and dine al-fresco. A gas grill is yours to use for delicious evening barbecues.

Upstairs, a second living area provides an alternative gathering space for smaller groups. Centrally located of the bedrooms, the upstairs living area provides the perfect space for watching the game, reading a book or putting on a movie night for the kids.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: All four bedrooms and an open bunk area are located on the second floor. The inviting primary suite has its own balcony, and the room centers around a gorgeous, four-poster king bed. The primary bath features a glass-enclosed luxury shower.
A second bedroom features a queen bed and its own private bathroom with shower. Bedrooms No. 3 and No. 4 have king and queen beds, respectively, and they share a bathroom with a 6-foot tub/shower. Each has its own coastal-style furnishings and sumptuous bedding. Finally, the bunk area at the top of the stairs has two built-in bunk beds, with a total of four twin beds—so much fun for the kids!

GREAT FEATURES: All the living areas and bedrooms have Samsung Smart TVs, and Spectrum TV and internet service is provided. Other amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach. A washer/dryer conveniently located on the second floor.

Porcho Myarda is perfectly situated just around the corner from dune crossover to the beach, and steps from the Dune Pool and Fitness Center. Plus, it’s just a short walk to Social Circle and the community restaurants and shops.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was lovely and fit our needs for sleeping accommodations as we had 7 adults and 6 kids. All the bedrooms are on the second floor so be advised that the bunk beds are out in the open and kids can be loud. Also, we found that the bathroom accessories were falling on the walls (toilet paper holder, etc.) and very few hooks, if any, to hang towels. One bathroom shower upstairs had a significant leak, and the A/C struggled our entire stay. It finally went out entirely (91 degrees upstairs), and the property mgmt. moved us to another home. Also, the kitchen had two wine openers that were broken so we had to go buy one. With some TLC, this home could be a great rental. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience in this home as I would expect in Cinnamon Shore.

Reviewer Comments: There were ants all over the kitchen and in multiple bedrooms. For how much we were paying, I would have expected the house to be cleaner when we arrived. There was sand on floor. Also, the oven was broken which we were not told ahead of time which affected our meals planned.
