Comfy spaces for adults to hang out inside or on the wrap around balcony & quiet space for babies to nap. Clean & beautifully decorated with great kitchen & outdoor grill for cooking in. The location was steps from Isabella & Dylan’s & a short walk to our favorite Keira’s pool & beach entrance. Hope to return!!

Excellent convenient location to the lake (where my toddler pulled up 10 fish!), to the restaurants, and also super short walk to the beach (but rent a golf cart to make it even easier). We will be back!

The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The layout worked great for our 2 families. The balcony had plenty of comfy furniture for all of us to sit out and enjoy, and we grilled and ate outside at the dining table too. It was also right by the lake and the guys fished some too. We really enjoyed our stay at LegaSea.

It made it tight to move around in there with a couple people and kids flocking about. Sheets and towels were luxurious. The house could have used a good dusting-I understand it may not happen between each cleaning but it looked like it has been months, under couches, credenzas etc. At a place with little kids dropping food, puzzle pieces, toys, we will be noticing if there is dust in those places. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the things you could need to cook. The couch and pillows were comfy. The mattresses in the two bedrooms upstairs need to be flipped as the mattress dips where you lay on each side. The house, as you entered downstairs, gave off a musty smell and left some of our clothes smelling that way. Lots of great balconies with beautiful views of the lake. They had some toys and books that my kids enjoyed. The location was great other than the fact that in the evenings, you could hear golf carts/ music from the front bedrooms of course not all night long but until the quiet hours so I recommend a sound machine for littles. C.S replaced a blender that was broken almost immediately. Everything else functioned well. Love that the rooms had fans for extra air flow!

But while at the property, we thoroughly enjoyed out time. The home was well appointed and had everything we needed.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at LegaSea numerous times and it occupies a special place in our hearts. When possible, we have planned visits to Cinnamon Shore around the availability of this house, because we have such fond feelings for it. We have stayed at a few other properties the past two years because LegaSea had become difficult to book, so we were excited for the return visit. The house remains beautiful, but we had two specific issues. Some of the lighting is terrible. It appears that there has been an effort to replace all the bulbs with bright white fluorescent lights, and it honestly really changes the feel of the house. Secondly, the bedding has changed for the worse. This house had beautiful and luxurious bedding at one point. Now, the sheets are literally hospital sheets. Just the worst quality, like sandpaper. All the beds have the same sheets. The mattresses, too, have changed and are now hard and uncomfortable, with a waterproof layer adding to the hospital feel. It’s sad, because we have had many happy times there, but at these prices, we will probably choose a different house next time.

We read the reviews prior to staying in this home...we almost rented a different property because of the reviews. Overall...happy that we stayed at LegaSea. A few items we found that could be improved...the upstairs family room and patio upholstered furniture had a good amount of stains....very dirty. I'd recommend cleaning or replacing, the showers upstairs were dirty (hair/mold) and the downstairs (ground level) area smelled very musty and a little damp. Overall, I'd recommend this property.
