Cozy Blowing Rock Retreat: 1BR, Free Parking

Very cozy spot right in the Blowing Rock town making it a great home base to enjoy the town, hikes and food scene. It worked great for us and our dog and made everything convenient and walkable.

Great location, great communication, wish I could have stayed longer!

A short walk to so much to do, cute mountain town!! The place was sumple and had just what we needed.

Location is perfect. Floors had only been dusted in traffic areas. Areas under table, tv, and behind door of bathroom were dirty. Drip tray to freezer had not been dumped and was disgusting. We were there for five days and had only two bath towels, one hand towel, and inadequate washcloths and towels for the kitchen considering we had to hand wash dishes. There was no shower soap. Place is advertised to have to which it did but we did not know it was Roku until we had paid our money and were committed. We are older and do not stream at home—have cable. Had to do some quick changes to watch what we wanted— got a three day trial of Hulu! This should be written in the description of the place. If these problems were fixed, we would stay there again!

This unit is as advertised. It was perfect for two of us and our dog. Very quiet and clean. Within walking distance of downtown Blowing Rock. We experienced one issue with the electricity in the kitchen but the property manager responded very promptly to resolve the issue. For longer stays, it would be nice to have a washer and dryer. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again in the future. Highly recommend this unit.

We stay here every time we are in BR for our anniversary because it’s so perfect and close to town! We love it!

We entered the beautiful home and just fell in love. We didn’t get to stay because of a family medical emergency but they were very sweet and contacted us back quickly.

Much needed getaway! Husband and our babygirl (mini schnauzer). Although it was cold and rainy we had a great time. We could walk to everything. The host was amazing!! We loved the place. It was clean and updated.

The property is the absolutely perfect stay. I was traveling for business. I felt safe, comfortable and at ease. Great location close to restaurants. Looking forward to staying again.

We lived and worked in Blowing Rock for decades, so we knew this was an excellent location. It's a clean and comfortable rental.

Nice little place. Good location. Easy to walk to several places.

The space was prettier than in the photos. Great decoration and new feel about it. Would have loved a hair dryer and wine glasses to be provided. The place had not been cleaned when we arrived at check but after a few worried calls from us the owner resolved it and says will refund the ckeaning fee.

Place was clean and updated, right behind a great breakfast restaurant. Easy walk to downtown and restaurants. Quiet place in the evenings. Great for 1 or 2 people and a dog with grassy areas and parking right next to it. It has microwave and fridge, no stove or dishwasher which I didn’t need anyway. Too many great places to eat nearby. A lot of parks in the area as well.
