This adorable 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage and is a few blocks from the beach and enjoys access to some of the amenities that the Wild Dunes Resort offers, from being able to schedule a tee-time at their renowned golf courses to dining at one of their six phenomenal restaurants. The resort also offers miles of bike & walking trails and easy beach access!

This cozy home offers everything you'll need for an Isle of Palms getaway. Walk up the front steps and enter to a an open concept living and dining area. With the fully equipped kitchen to the right, you're able to whip up a family breakfast or quick beach lunch before heading out for the day. This home comes with a washer and dryer off the kitchen area. The dining table seats 6, plenty of space to enjoy a meal together! The living room has a comfy couch and two chairs around a flatscreen TV so you can keep up with all of your favorite shows. Out through the back door, enter the large screened in porch. With a table and couches there is an abundance of space to enjoy the outdoors together! There is a gas grill on the non-screened section of the porch.

Back inside you've got three great bedrooms, each with a TV. The main bedroom has a private bath with a tiled shower and doors out to the screened porch. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and twin on top, the ultimate room for kids! The third bedroom has a king sized bed.

Finally, 50 Twin Oaks is located in the Wild Dunes Resort - A private Resort of 1600 acres, Wild Dunes features six restaurants, the Sand and Sea Spa, The Wild Dunes Links golf course and Harbor golf course which Golf Digest consider among the “Best in the State”, and two miles of bike trails. DOES NOT INCLUDE POOL ACCESS.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

    Our stay at 50 Twin Oaks was great, but it had some drawbacks. Overall, the property was clean and secure. When we got in the front door, on the entryway table was a welcome photo frame with needed info for the property, such as Wi-Fi password, address, emergency numbers, and a text phone number for any problems. There were a few issues, nothing major, but they would need attention the next day. I texted the number (in the photo frame) with no response. I replied to an email the property management company had sent (per email instructions). I waited until the next day after 9am and called the management company to ask if they had received my text or email. They got my email, but no text from me. They would have someone coming out. It would have been nice if someone replied, so I know they got it. I received a text later from the number in the photo frame saying they were the old property management company and no longer managed this property. The thermostat in the home has a sticker above that says don’t turn below 73. That needs to be in the property description. It is SC with temperatures in the high 80s and humidity 80-90%. This was not going to happen for our family. I understand restrictions, but 73 is not realistic. The house is within two to three blocks of the beach, and the neighborhood is beautiful. We walked to the beach almost every day. We would stay here again.

    I recently stayed at this rental home and had a wonderful experience with my family. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a cozy outdoor space - beautiful screen - in porch. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient, with easy access; walking distance to the beach, 5 minutes drive to the grocery store.The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

    The property was exactly as advertised! The kitchen was very well equipped & everything was in great working order. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, and the convenience of the location. Check in was super easy & the property management team did a great job with communication. It may not sound like much, but I also liked I could park my car under the house. Between that and the roofline, I could unload/load up without worry of getting wet.

    The property was very nice. Carroll Realty did an exceptional job. We noticed an AC issue at 6:00 PM on the second day and they had a technician on site in an hour who fixed the problem. The beds were comfortable, the sun porch was nice, and they went out of their way to help us out with parking passes.

    Yearly beach trip to WD. Lived location of home close to everything whether walking or riding a bicycle. Home was clean and decorated nicely as seen in pictures. Definetly would rent again.
