Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time and the townhome was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect, right outside of the courtyard where events were held. Very comfortable sleeping conditions. We Had to call maintenance due to drainage issues in the downstairs shower. They came right away and fixed the problem promptly. We Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: As other reviews noted, the bunk beds are really for children. They are very low clearance and short. The sofa bed has a slip cover that is way too much effort to remove and replace, so that really doesn’t work for two guests. The kitchen is not fully equipped (4 dinner plates, no cutting board, etc). There also is no porch to sit outside so for the money, I’d rather rent a one or two bedroom in the other buildings.The unit was very clean though.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Specific to 7103, I researched units, reviews, there is nothing about there NOT being a bedroom door. The listing &!reviews talk about how it's perfect for a family, but I do not agree as there is zero privacy. I also want to mention IMO occupancy should be 4 until there is a simple pull out couch. We went to make up the pull out couch, was shocked to see we couldn’t find a pull out bed. Come to find out it’s b/c there is a cover. It’s a tight fitting cover (why it looks so nice) and leather underneath. If the space were big enough to leave the couch in to a bed the entire vacation MAYBE that would be a different story but to have to make and unmake a couch with a cover everyday is asking way too much and reaching to far to get that occupancy number up. Grandma had to sleep on the couch and my son on the floor. We would have never rented this knowing there wasn't a door. Oh and the couch was the way it was. There was also not a plastic curtain for the shower so the bathroom flooded daily. We reported this but nothing was ever done. They also said they could assist with the bed but didn’t. We love cinnamon shore it's our 4th visit since 2016 and we will of course return but not in 7103. We would have gladly paid a little extra to find something else. But with the listing as is this seemed like the perfect spot for our needs for 2k, when in reality it was not. My last piece of feedback would be that there is no where to sit outside. I wanted to review the photos and indeed there amid a photo of barstools outside. Even just one of those high beach chairs on the left of the upstairs door and maybe even one downstairs would be huge. It was disappointing not being able to have coffee outside before the kids got up. I will say we have stayed at Palmilla and we are 100% cinnamon shores people. We love it here! We have stayed twice as renters and twice with owners and it's just a dream. This was the busiest we've ever seen

We stayed here with our 4 young children (ages 7, 6, 3 & 1) but would probably prefer a larger unit next time. The location is great! The downsides to this townhome were the dining setup (it is tight and there is really only room for 3-4), the dishwasher doesn’t open all the way so the bottom rack can’t slide out & the washer/dryer is very loud so don’t run it when you’re trying to sleep.Overall, we would stay here again if our family wasn’t outgrowing it!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn’t get to stay here bc our whole family became ill just before our vacation. I, thank God, opted for travel insurance. I’m still waiting for my refund bc the travel insurance company required an arduous form seeking, quite frankly, HIPAA protected information I didn’t care to share. Nonetheless we filled out the form and HCP signed. Now the insurance company states they have record of only half the charges I paid. The whole process is absolute nonsense and Cinnamon Shores is doing everything they can to keep my money rather than rightfully refund. DO NOT waste your hard earned money with Cinnamon Shores. We are still fighting for our rightful refund.

This townhome is extremely small. The upstairs bedroom is more spacious than downstairs. Once the couch is made into a bed, there is only room to step over or squeeze by to get into the kitchen or restroom downstairs. We felt the credenza below the tv was useless and took up much needed space to move around. Make sure to bring your own cookware if you plan on cooking at the townhome. The kitchen was skimpily equipped. There was a keurig and full coffee pot. Two restrooms was great but limited counter space in the downstairs restroom. Overall, we felt very closterphobic downstairs in this townhome.
