I think this property needs to update its photos. There were green lights on the ceiling, green lights in the kitchen. The lights would go on and off on their own even if you didn't pass them this unit was pieced meal together. It was done quickly to rent, but didn't take in consideration for the guests. The coffee pot only made 4 cups. What does it cost for a regular coffee pot? The table and the chairs don't match chair is too high table too low.There's no dishwasher which is not a problem, but there are no towels to dry the dishes for one night. Parking on the street we almost didn't get it. I'm glad we only had one vehicle. I wouldn't have been able to park the second one.It worked, but I would not recommend it for anybody that has more than two people, tops three.

Very clean. It is an old house in an old neighborhood but still comfortable and a great value.

Nice older home with modern updates. Close, easy access to everything in the area. Road noise from the front but comfortable beds and amenities. Property was very clean! Claude was kind and quick to respond to questions.

Needed an inexpensive place to stay for a trade show event. This was 20 minutes from Mohegan and perfect for me and an employee.

Very cute house with nice extra touches like 2 bottles of water and new toothpaste (perfect because we forgot ours!).

The photos and description are not accurate. There are cobwebs covering the smoke detectors and an outlet in the kitchen just hanging out of the wall. The yard is completely overgrown with a loose step near the top. There is caution tape tied to the railing. One ac unit was missing the knobs. The back door has an old lock and with the neighborhood, we did not feel safe and immediately left. The photos are extremely deceiving.

Easy access. We loved our short stay. I would return again.

The house is aged but i lived in old farmhouses most my life so the creeks & cracking was normal to me. That might not be the case for all!! House had everything we needed for the amount of time we stayed. Host was accommodating as well. The location was 5 minutes fromneeded to be

loved the property!

The house was not a single family house- the only parking is street (only one side- good luck finding spot at night) Horrible area- as a woman going to unit at night I would not have felt safe- and only access was hiking up the hill seen in pic from the road Never even went in! Got stuck spending $410 to stay at hotel in Mystic- 20 extra minutes away from event

Stayed here for a weekend at Mystic with my parents who are older. Lots of steps from the street so bear in mind. Claude was very kind when I called him with questions and the water and fruit on the kitchen table was a nice touch. Neighborhood is a bit loud from front bedroom but beds were oh so cozy and again, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!
