Cozy 2 bedroom home steps from ONU W/ King bed & fenced in back yard.

The inside of the house was very nice and clean. Ami was a great host, she was prompt to communicate with. My dog and my husband loved the backyard and the park behind the house, this was a perfect location, and we plan on staying there again.

This was my third time staying at this location. It is the perfect location and accommodations for moving my ONU student in and out of campus! Everything we need is at the house, just wish we had more time to enjoy the back yard and hang out! Thank you Ami for hosting us again!

Great little property

Everything was great at the house, it is in a great location and had everything we needed. it was clean and comfortable. We ran into an issue halfway through our stay which was not the fault of the host and they quickly helped remediate it with little impact to our stay. highly recommend the property.

Very safe location. Love the fact you are able to walk to several local places. The house was perfect for my husband and myself while I was in IL to help my elderly mom. Husband was able to work remote from the house with good internet. Highly recommend this house.

Very home feeling

Home was spotless clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The proximity to Riverside Hospital was very convenient as this was the reason for our trip. The single car garage was great also to park in overnight instead of waking up to a freezing vehicle and scraping the windshield. If we need to come back, this will be our lodging choice for sure.

This is our 3rd time staying at this home. We absolutely love the comfort and convenient location. The owner has been absolutely accommodating to our needs. We were more than pleased with all the little details they provide to make sure our stay is comfortable. We will definitely stay in this home again.

Easy to get to the house was in a good location had everything one might need. Has a great back yard which my pup loved playing fetch in and squirrel watching one of her favorite past times. Took my pup for a walk around Kankakee River State Park which we both enjoyed.

was sent wrong code then right code when I got to property didn't remember code keypad to entrance was hard to figure out. had to call host she thought I was at a different house finally got in property . Had to buy items. Did not have supplies that are usually at rentals. Pans in cabinet dirty. Poor lighting. No grab bars in bathroom. Best thing about this property, the fenced backyard. We were there to visit for nephew's birthday , cooked him a homemade dinner ad visit with him . Need to have under counter light installed and handrail out to backyard.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, clean home! Check-in was easy & quick. It was a very convenient location for us and the fenced in backyard was great for our sweet doodle :)

We came to Illinois for my Granddaughters’ baby shower. We booked with Ami because we’ve booked her properties twice before and knew it would be clean, convenient and have a warm and cozy environment. This area is where we previously lived and is still home to us.

This property worked well for our situation with a baseball tournament in the area. Friendly, intimate place that provided good comfort.

Great two bedroom house right across the street from ONU. We have stayed here a couple of times for events at the University and it is super convenient. House is always very clean and ready for us to check in. Will definitely stay again.

A clean nice stay for a weekend visiting for a wedding

10/10 — Highly recommend this spot. Home is very clean and well appointed. We really appreciated the host leaving some snacks and water, too. Considering all the VRBO rentals we’ve stayed at, this was the easiest and nicest experience by far. Will definitely return if we are in the area.

Perfect for what we needed!

Came into town to help my daughter move out of the dorms at ONU, which is a whole block away and so convenient! Got to cook dinner at the house for her and her friends to have a home cooked meal together before they all scattered for the summer. The kitchen had everything we needed so that was awesome. I even made a peanut butter pie (there is a mixer)! We got a good nights sleep the second night after we moved her out and hit the road the next day. Plan on staying again when we bring her back in August if available!!

House was clean and very nice!

Can't say enough good things about this property. It has everything that you need plus so much more than you didn't know you needed. I forgot to pack laundry detergent and bottled water. When we arrived, this VRBO had some bottled water in the refrigerator and laundry detergent by the washer that we used until we could get to the store. Best of all, we arrived when it was dark and they left the lights on inside of the home for us so we could see. Very welcoming. Definitely recommend and will stay there again next time we come back home.
