This bright and airy single-level home is designed for ultimate relaxation, blending modern coastal style with comfort.

★ Kitchenette: A well-equipped space for preparing light meals and beverages, including a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, and toaster oven. A dining table provides seating for four.

★ Spa-Like Bathroom: Refresh and rejuvenate in the stunning full bathroom, which features a modern double vanity with elegant gold accents and an oversized, glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a built-in bench.

★ Private Outdoor Oasis: Your own private patio awaits. Gather around the cozy fire table in the Adirondack chairs or enjoy a peaceful nap in the hammock under a palm tree.

Guests will have full and private access to the home. Entry is seamless with our smart lock system, allowing for easy self-check-in at your convenience. Please note that one owner’s closet will remain locked and is not accessible during your stay.

Transportation:
• Uber and Lyft are readily available citywide.
• Rent a car from Charleston International Airport or local providers.
• Explore the city using CARTA buses or rent electric scooters or bikes through the Lime, Bird, or Spin apps.

• Age Requirement: Reservations made by guests under 18 years of age will be canceled without a refund. Please ensure the primary booking guest is 18 years of age or older.

• Pet Fee: Failure to pay the required pet fee before arrival will result in a $500 fine. Service animals stay free. Pets must use the bathroom outdoors only. Litter boxes and potty pads are not permitted inside. Please clean up after your pet, as a $25 fee applies for any droppings left behind.

• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damaged or missing items. These will be charged at the full replacement cost plus a 15% service fee.
• Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:00 AM. A $50 fee applies for every 30 minutes past check-out time.
• Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Cleaning: Extra cleaning fees may apply if the property requires excessive cleaning after your stay.
• Furniture: Please do not move furniture or decor.
• Prohibited Items: No smoking, confetti, glitter, dye, or similar items are allowed.
• Parking: Up to two vehicles can park in the driveway. No street parking, campers, or RVs. Guests are responsible for any fines or towing.
• Pets & Service Animals: Animals are not allowed on furniture and must be crated when left alone in the home.
• Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. Avoid flushing wipes, hygiene products, or food. Scrape food scraps into the trash, and avoid pouring grease into the sink.
• Trash: Use the kitchenette and outdoor bins for all trash.
• Volume & Gatherings: No parties or gatherings beyond the home’s sleeping capacity. Disturbances may result in eviction or fines.

Violating any rules may result in a $250 non-refundable fee per occurrence, unless otherwise stated.

    The property was just as described!! The house was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. I appreciated the sugar free syrup for coffee also! My kids loved the hammock in the backyard. Super close to the beach and restaurants. I would definitely rent again!

    The property was very clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. It was also very convenient to Charleston. We appreciated the coffee pods, snacks, and in-shower body wash/shampoo provided. It was very roomy for the 2 of us, and we hope to stay there again.

    This little gem was just what we needed. Close to family, we'll appointed, spacious, quiet and clean...and the bed so comfy. Hubby appreciated the shower power and spacious bathroom while an highlight for me was reading in the hammock and sitting in the screened in porch listening to thunderstorms. An extra bonus for us was the easy walk to the local pickle ball court where we played some fun games and met great people. Dawson is a superb host, always available and helpful. Would definately recommend and stay here again.

    Great place to stay while visiting Charleston, with easy access to local attractions. The place was very clean, with thoughtful amenities and accommodations for everything we needed.     Can’t rave enough about the host and how quick response times were while I was dealing with a friend event and my husband was trying to get everything situated for my daughter and dog! The location was perfect for us being 5 min from our friends that live 10 min from folly beach and the updates are very cute in the home. Everything was clean and had the necessities needed for a weekend trip.

    Very lovely appointments to the property. Comfortable bed and bathroom was lovely. We had cocktails outside at the fire pit and read on the veranda. We were interested in why the area was called Swamp Angel and it would have been nice to have literature on that- either a thrush or a civil war era cannon.
