All of the above, big thank you to Brian Murphy for contacting me through text rather than web site. My cell service was not great. The house fit our needs; it was great having all kitchen appliances and utensils at our fingertips.

House was cozy and great for a short weekend. Would suggest bring an extra blanket and pillow, otherwise had everything we needed including washer and dryer which was a great help!

This location began with a double booking issue and so they moved me to the upstairs level. In the listing I never knew it was a two unit home. The one I rented was occupied. Brian called me ahead of time and made me aware, and claimed the second floor was better. When we walked in the upstairs unit mail was left out, there was food crumbs and hair on the dinner table, blocks of wood under each leg of the table, muddy dog prints on the couch, toilet paper rolls were almost empty, chewed up mouse traps in the bathroom, cleaning supplies were left out, the apartment smelt of cigarette smoke and the walls appeared to be stained with it. Hair could easily be seen on the floor and window sills. There was a load of towels and blankets left in the dryer, ultimately we did not stay the night. Due to poor cleaning and the fact that it did not seem ready for guests we left and found a different location. We contacted Brian for a refund through his phone number and his VRBO account and have not heard back. VRBO was made aware of our experience and was given the picture.

I say this property has potential because if...(a) it were air-conditioned, (b) thoroughly cleaned, (c) screens fixed...we definitely would have stayed. Instead, we left the morning of the second day. Couldn't open windows for air because of the ripped screens and filthy sills. Could no longer tolerate the spiderwebs and dust and bugs. (See photos) However...the towels and bedsheets were clean and the property manager is friendly and certainly means well.

being right on the water and to see the different light is amazing. The apartment is very cute and very spacious!really nice to have your washer and dryer right there as well as Evie amenity you could ever possibly want.Downtown is absolutely glorious at the marina! And at the end of the street is a fantastic church that I happen to know friends and that's the reason why I came. You could walk there.I will be back

Brian was a gem to work with. He was readily available to chat when needed and worked with our traveling pharmacist and his needs. Thank you again Brain.

Close to Jay Peak & restaurants on Newport’s Main St but laid out awkwardly. Bathroom is huge but living room is cramped. I was a little worried that we would be cold since it didn’t look well insulated, but the heat was good & strong & it didn’t take long to warm up. Owner likes fish & angels, which dominate the decor.
