Courtney House on Lake Marion

2nd time staying here and everything was just as it should be again. Clean, fresh smell throughout, which is difficult for a lake house. Lighted dock / fishing pier. Boat ramp is in the back yard, no way to beat that.This will most likely be our go-to for our yearly Santee trip. We've been on this same trip every year for 21 years and this is by far our favorite place to stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to staying again. Everything about the home was wonderful. Furnishings, the stocking of the kitchen, cleanliness, access to the lake. We loved the fire pit. We truly felt at home.

This is our favorite place to stay, it is quiet and relaxing. Judy and Bobby are excellent host. They are friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay!

The Courtney House is a great house! Very quiet location with private ramp and dock for your boat. The house was super clean with plenty of room for everyone. We have stayed at a different house every year when we come down and this one is by far the cleanest. There are rod holders on the dock which was awesome to have! Within the first 30 minutes of being there fishing my brother caught a 22lb blue, then a 10.5lb blue catfish from the dock!! I would highly recommend staying at this house!! We will definitely be back!!

This place is great for your family and friends. It has a “home” feel. You can sit back and relax or go out on the lake. It has everything you need.

We had so much fun. Just sistting on the dock with book. Kids loved to find the turtles. So much natural wild life... Ball Eagle, Osprey, water fowl.::Thank you again. We will be back!

My first stay at a VRBO. It was an awesome place. Everything a fishing outing needs and extras. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. This will be my new go to when in that area. Owners were great people as well. Wish i could've stayed longer!!

The house and the view of the lake are absolutely beautiful. We have made so many memories here and can't wait to come back. There are not enough stars for this place. We have had the pleasure of meeting Judy and Bobby, and they are the perfect host.
