Stayed Feb 6, 2026Perfect location for events in Seguin while enjoying quiet country setting. Beautiful views from hilltop bunkhouse. Very reimanance of Texas's old ranch house with up close view of family angus herd.

Stayed Nov 27, 2025My wife and I are country folks so this was right up our alley. We enjoyed the quiet, rustic style bunkhouse. Our dogs had lots of room to run. The tv is small but we don't really watch TV. The location is great. The only issue was that the mattress made for a bit of a stiff back in the morning. We'll most likely be return customers.

Stayed Aug 7, 2025Quaint house in serene setting. Saw several scorpions, which is not unexpected in the country. We had to contact the property manager to get the access code because we didn’t receive an email and this was complicated by an incorrect phone number in “contact owner”. VRBO chat assistant helped us get the right phone number. Had to do some minor housekeeping when we arrived but nothing major. Joy (owner) was very responsive once we made contact and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 13, 2025My family and I were so impressed with the location and the property the home sits on. So peaceful and a great place to take pictures if you’re a lover of nature photography. The home was so spacious and you just felt at home and relaxed. The cows were also a pleasant sight to see and made very little noise. If you are looking for peace, calm and country tranquility; this is the perfect place! We will definitely be back! Also, the pictures they have for this place just doesn’t do justice, this place has so much to offer when it comes to beauty and peace.
