Dear guest,
Zia Biancotta is a unique experience in Finale, a house built around 1500, isolated in the middle of the greenery, but a stone's throw from the sea and the cycling and climbing tourist itineraries.
Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by the host who will show you your accommodation in detail and illustrate the experiences you can have during your stay.
In the harvest seasons you will be able to see or participate in the grape harvest or olive harvest and learn how thewine and oil we produce is made, but also visit the honeybees’ hives and see how the honey is extracted.
Your host will always be at your disposal because he is a retired doctor who lives in the villa next door. He will also be happy to guide you to get to know the farm and taste its products.
For lovers of peace: you can enjoy relaxation by resting in the cool, in the green, dining outdoors under a pergola in the silence of the countryside after a day at the beach.
For sports lovers: those who have a bicycle will find it convenient to stay with us because in an instant you can reach the downhill meeting points or the most famous cycling routes. Upon your return you will have a large, well-equipped and safe room inside the house for storing equipment and bicycles, equipped with tools for small maintenance, and there is also a large outdoor area at your disposal for washing bicycles.
Those who love climbing are already close to the Rocca di Perti and a little further on find the cliffs of Pian Marino.
For nature lovers: the farm offers a cross-section of the Ligurian territory, with its terraces and characteristic vegetation. Starting point for excursions to the Rocca di Perti and other wonders of the Finale.
For sea lovers: you can reach it easily because it is less than 3 km away on a flat road.
By bike about 10 minutes. On request, a shuttle service from the house to the beach.

Givanni our landlord was very responsive to every our question. The location was in abeatiful setting, remote but still close to the city and the beaches.

The property is well appointed just a short distance away from the bike uplift. It's perfect for couples/groups who aren't after the hustle and bustle and would rather keep to themselves. The cockerel at 4am each day was hard work as a light sleeper being the nearest room to them. No oven or TV just meant we had to be strategic about our shopping. Property was clean and communication with the owner was excellent.

We had a very nice time in this house. The equipment is simple but good. The location around is great, 20 minutes by feet to Borgo, 10 minutes to the next Restaurant or supermarket, 5 Minutes with the bike to the shuttlepoint. The host is a very nice and polite Person, we got some self made wine and honey, which was very delicious.

Our stay at zia Biancotta was very nice. The house is beautiful and thoughtful equippt with everything that could be usefull, but not overstuffed. The surrounding is quite and peacefull. Giovanni is a polite, courteous, prudent and caring host. He welcomed us with snacks and generouslly shared his farming productions. Thank you for the amazing time

We had a very pleasant stay in Giovanni's house. Giovanni is a super nice host who gave us a warm welcome and made our time to a great pleasure. We enjoyed the winter sun in the morning for breakfast. The only reason for not giving a perfect score is that the old house from 1500 is difficult to heat up when is getting cold outside. Thanks to Giovanni for the good time.

Giovanni was a very kind host and we enjoyed our stay very much (although the weather was quite bad). The house is nicely located at a green hillside with a huge garden/agriculture area around. By car you are at a supermarket or in Finalborgo or Finalmarina in minutes. By foot you can walk up the mountain to a nice restaurant Antica Osteria or to hike/climb around Perti mountain. Below the house is a (rather ugly) industrial area, but you do not notice it in the house or from the terrace. The actual house is the middle one of the three buildings on the pictures. It is an old house, but everything is fine and well equipped (no cooking oven though). Only criticism are the mattresses which are quite worn out and may not suit everybody.

The stay in this house was really pleasant! A warm welcome by Giovanni gave us a great start of our holiday. This charming house with a 15th century first floor has all the services you need as a biker. It’s equipped with a bike stand and cleaning spot! The location, just outside Finalborgo (35 minute walk) surrounded by quiet wine yards and grapes, was perfect to us.

What should I say, for us it was perfectly. You live in the very nice old farmhouse a bit outside but near enough to enjoy finale. The owner was extremely friendly and gave us the feeling that we are already a few years there. There is a space for parking and also the bikes are in the safe environment.

I spent one month there and enjoyed every minute of it. Beautiful house, surrounded by even more beauty. The hosts were superior hosts. Highly recommended. Plus they allowed my dogs who were so upset when we left as was I. Spectacular gardens and they were so generous with their bounty.
