Country Estate-Magical Sunsets-Pet Friendly

Beautiful property with a great array of things to do. It was perfect for a large group of friends looking for a home base while exploring Olympic.

This place was even better than expected! We booked it because it had enough rooms for all of us to stay in for our family vacation. All the amenities were a plus. The kids loved the garage game room, and we all enjoyed hanging out by the pond. The rooms were all comfortable, and the upstairs rooms had beautiful views! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need to cool meals, which we had all our meals together the entire trip. Plenty of seating for all. The hot tub was lovely to relax in after hiking, which we loved how close we were to the Olympics. The only downside (besides having to leave) was the hot water will run out if you have a large group and the dryer takes forever to dry. Not a big deal.The property is beautiful and very peaceful!Overall this place was fantastic and if we ever take another family trip to this area, we hope to stay here.

This was our 2nd time and it was just as magical. House is 100% decked out in Christmas decorations. Although it was early November, it definitely accelerated our holiday mood.

It was our 3rd time at this house. Each year there seems to be something new and special. This year they added a sauna. Got used every night. What a fantastic big home with everything anyone would need. Martha is an amazing host and didn't leave anything out. 2bbqs, loaded kitchen, great deck to sit and visit, very fun game room in a detached garage, and hot tub. Very private. Great house. It’s a beautiful, quiet and secluded location. Well-stocked kitchen. Game room had lots of fun options. Fire pit was closed for a burn ban, but it is also top notch. We had a great time.

Beautiful area and property. The pond was especially magical. Well stocked home with all necessities for your stay. Check in and out was a breeze. Great communication from host. The garage with all the games was a big hit with everyone. The hot tub and fire pit were also enjoyed. The only suggestion would be to extend the WiFi to the back house and garage.

We were an extended family of 20 people- everyone had a place to sleep, although one preferred to sleep in a tent in the fenced back yard. We all love to cook and there are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets to accommodate that. Wonderful outdoor space that can be seen from the kitchen and large dining area. That’s where we gathered for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The pond is lovely bonus, tranquil and charming.

Great place to stay for the Olympic National Park access!

This house and property is a total gem! Spacious, beautifully appointed, perfect for large groups. I booked this for me, my 2 children, their spouses, and my 4 grandchildren. Having 5 bedrooms was a priority…which is hard to find on the Olympic peninsula. This was the perfect location for all of our planned activities inside and outside of Olympic NP. The little ones enjoyed the game room, rope swing, and paddle boats. The older ones enjoyed the beautiful deck and having 2 dining table options where we could all have dinner together. Martha is a great host and promptly responded to the few minor questions we had.

The home is so much more than the pictures! Nestled on top of a rolling hill, from the front entrance to every nook and corner of the home there are thoughtful touches that elevate your stay to the next level. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen which had more than enough plates cutlery, and spicee

The property was perfect for the 10 of us. We loved the location, the expansive yard and all the “toys”. Beautiful country estate and close to conveniences.

We had a graduation celebration with 10 adults. two kids and everyone had their own space. We cooked every meal with lots of appliances and cookware provided. We had an outside fire and roasted s’mores and hot dogs. We used the grill outside and the very large dining table sat everyone easily. The kids loved the garage of all games and the pond with paddleboat. Lots of wildlife viewed from the expansive windows. Perfect for gatherings big and small!

The property is beyond awesome, plenty of space and lots of things to do. Lots of wildlife around the property. The host Martha was great with communication and quick to respond. I would recommend this property.

I am in no way, a Hallmark type person, but even I was swept away bt the decorations. All spaces were decorated, i structions easy and space was amazing. We all are already looking for a time to reserve in tne future.

The list doesn’t give this house the justice it deserves! The house was so perfect for a weekend getaway for us to all get together. The kitchen and dinning was amazing to gather together in. Kitchen had everything you could need and more. So much space for everyone. Highly recommend

What a great stay! The house was cozy and charming and actually had a stocked kitchen (knives, pans, etc). We had a blast in the game room (air hockey in adult and kids sizes was a huge hit). The beds were comfy, and the kids loved the bunk beds. I loved that there were “adult Rooms and kids room and it wasn’t at all a contest of “how many beds can I smash into this house. Each bed or bunks were in a location that was its own and that was really nice. Lots of towels and the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body wash/soap. The lake/pond was another huge hit. The swing and boats garbed tons of fun for the kids while the Adirondack chairs gave the adults a nice place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surrounds. The fire pit and hot tub were the icing in the metaphorical cake. Hours of fun and relaxation- exactly what we were hoping for when we booked it. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was fantastic, not far from town and had everything to make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. One of the family members was so impressed they wanted to buy it. Thanks for everything and if we are ever over that way again we won’t hesitate to rent this house.

Beautiful house. Well maintained. We were between Port Angeles and Sequim at the base of the Olympic Mountains. The front porch overlooks a deer preserve..they’re white-and so pretty. Close proximity to the ferry to Victoria, Hurricane Ridge, and whale watching out of Port Townsend. Fruit trees in the back yard. We had so much fun!

Martha is an amazing host. The house has everything anyone would need. From very comfortable beds and bedroom to a couple of tv rooms and a kitchen table that seats a small army. The kitchen is very usable and well stocked. There is a great game room in the garage and we had some epic games of ping pong. But my favorite was the hot tub and the amazing very comfortable back porch. Sat out enjoyed the view and the peace and quiet and sharing the day with friends. Definitely will return next year. This place is a must with a large group.
