Country Cottage Near Kingdom Trails + Burke Mountain, Farm Setting

The cottage was very comfortable & homey. I took photos of the sunrise, and they came out beautiful. I enjoyed the farm setting. Communication with host Bethany was great. Welcoming & friendly responses. Thank you!

Very nice home. Very clean space with everything we needed next to Northeast Kingdom. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

We loved the independence of staying in this little cottage. It felt private, though it was just across the drive from the big house and we could easily communicate with our hosts when we needed something. It has the feel of being out of the madding crowd, but it's only five minutes outside of a town with groceries, a laundromat, and restaurants, etc. It was wonderful to have a whole kitchen at our disposal!

I loved this stay, and I will stay here again! Everything was clean, and it felt home-y.

Good location for getting around NE Kingdom

The place is perfect for a short getaway from city life. It gives you a sense of what it is like to live in the countryside. The accommodation is great in every way. The host even offered a loaf of bread for our breakfast!

Great Stay, and nice and close to the Kingdom Trails!

2 bedroom small house was just what my friend and I needed for an event we were at in Lyndonville. Close to town and only 10 minutes to the event venue. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was on when we got there and we were grateful for that sine the temps were close to 90 with high humidity. Very clean and kitchen was minimal but had all the essentials. Bathroom was also clean. We saw a doe with a fawn every late afternoon walking across the tree line and very quiet at night. Thanks!

Very cute little cottage prettier than in the pictures. Clean, neat with nice little touches that added to it's charm. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient to stores and restaurants and the interstate.

We had a great stay. Amazing location. Cozy and quiet. Had everything you needed as well as freshly baked sourdough upon our arrival. In a small New England town it was an amazing stay. Great setting and the Donkeys are on point. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to have fluffier, comfy bedding, we wanted to open the windows and have the air coming in but it was chilly and it would have been nice to pull the covers up and just enjoy. Other than that it was an amazing place and we would stay there again.

Really enjoyed the privacy and the location. A couple donkeys didn't hurt either. Loved it

This property is spacious with everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen has electric burners, an oven that will accomodate a 9x13 baking dish, microwave, slow cooker, griddle, coffee maker, full size fridge/freezer, so you really are all set here. Full size living room, bathroom that has an excellent shower, and wonderful fresh air coming in the windows. My 78 yr old parents and myself stayed here and we like clean smoke free quiet accommodations. This 100% fit the bill.
