Very convenient to all things Cotter. Nice and warm on some cold nights. It was very clean and well maintained.

This cute and clean little cottage was perfect for our trip to the Cotter area. It had everything we needed and the host was fantastic. Will stay here again.

Such a nice quiet place to stay. Close to White River & Crooked creek white Bull Shoals, Buffalo river & Norfork lake easy drives. We didn’t come for fishing but found ourselves in a different water hole everyday. It was great to know we had comfy beds and a homey environment to return back to each night. The host was thoughtful and helpful too!

Great house for a stay in Cotter. The host is awesome and is easy to contact if needed. We were there for the White River Marathon and some Trout fishing and the location could not have been better.

Cotter Rock Cottage is my second home. When I come to trout fish in Cotter, Arkansas, this cottage is where I want to be for my trip and for the entire Cotter, Arkansas experience. Super clean cottage and extremely comfortable. I'm at ease as soon as I'm inside the door. I love staying at this cottage. All the amenities you want and more. Joey thinks of everything and is super available to help with anything you need and always wants me to have a great stay at the cottage. You will enjoy your stay and your soul will be refreshed.

Cotter Rock Cottage was clean and cozy. My husband and i came to Cotter to fish. We were very close to river fishing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and seeing a herd of deer across the street. Highly recommend.

Staying in Cotter Rock Cottage is returning to my second home. So clean, so comfortable. It is near everything I want to do. Guide picks me up close by to trout fish. Breakfast at Sands Lodge every morning is mandatory. Joey Shaw is a wonderful host! He is so kind and helpful. This is where I will always stay in Cotter, AR!

Joey did an excellent job remodeling an older home. It was very well maintained and clean.Plenty of towels and washcloths to use. Which hasn't always been the case with other properties, in my experience.The shower gel and shampoo dispenser was a nice touch as well.I would definitely visit again if I get back to the area.Loved the Patrick McManus book collection as well.

We stayed for the White River marathon! It was perfectly located to the race start and central to a lot of great food! It was a nice place ans just big enough!!

Lots of beetles inside and outside the residence. Patios were covered in leaves and bugs as well as spider webs. Parking was horrible, with the rain we got stuck trying to get out. Very old furniture and very uncomfortable beds. Loud running train all night long every night. Website pictures very deceiving, residence was very old. Front steps very steep. Was not satisfied. bedsbeds.

Very comfortable and perfectly set up for a fishing trip.

Nicely remodeled Cottage. Close to the river and multiple area parks. My children were pleasantly surprised to find there were tennis and pickle ball courts just a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend.
