Stayed Aug 18, 2023The cottage was so clean and comfortable that we relaxed immediately. It is furnished with everything you need, including linens, extra towels, an amazing array of dishes, pots, pans, plastic bags, coffee maker with pods, icemaker, outdoor grill, bicycles (bring your helmet) swings, slides, firepit with wood, picnic tables, huge tv, CD player, heaters and a/c units, etc. We had the windows closed and there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke after we unplugged the aroma device, but most of us did not notice it. The Wifi worked well. This is a uniquely Sylvan Beach cottage with everything you could want, and we highly recommend it.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024The place is worn, needs a little tlc. Great location, plenty for the kids,, friendly. Tv reception lacked, but overall wiuld stay again if back in the area.

Stayed Jul 27, 2022Great time. We will be back. The only thing I would say to improve the quality of the place would be A/C units in the other bedrooms and the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Other than that it was great. It was easy to get a hold of Rick and he got right back to us every time.

Stayed Jul 24, 2022The host Rick was very welcoming and friendly. Small details were thought of like an ice machine, a water cooler and several different types of coffee makers as well as a basket of travel sized toiletries in case you forgot something. Fresh clean linens. Plenty of room for our family and then some. The location was in walking distance to the beach and our kids loved the back yard and the bikes provided for use. We loved that our little dog was welcome and greeted as well! We would love to make this an annual visit!
