Stayed Aug 19, 2025Some friends and I came to mountain bike on Mt Hough and golf in Graeagle. Property worked great for us. Bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces were clean and well appointed. We enjoyed alfresco dining on the back patio. Mountain bikers, the Yuba Expeditions shuttle service is just a mile away.

Stayed Apr 2, 2025Stay was beautiful and the space was as listed. It does get cold- so managing all the space heaters in different rooms required some coordination. Manager was communicative and kind. The only challenge while traveling with elders with limited mobility was the stairs in front of the house- we took it easy on those.

Stayed Aug 8, 2024Great location & quiet neighborhood. Perfect home away from home in Quincy. Very clean, provided all the necessities. No issues with communication the owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again when I come to town. Loved all the wildlife, birds, deer, and even the bear!

Stayed May 8, 2024We enjoyed our stay in the house. It was far enough away from Main Street to be away from the hustle and bustle. We had two visits from the local bear looking for food in the trash cans, but no danger to us. The house is very quaint and was perfect for what we needed.

Stayed May 2, 2024Went to Quincy to see my husband’s sister and family who live there. The house was very comfortable, enjoyed a couple nice breakfasts with the amenities at the home. The host responded quickly to a couple questions we had. We had a great time and the house was a great home base for us to rest and relax.
