My sisters and I stayed here for 3 night in Sept 25. The property was beautiful, clean, well equipped and decorated to an excellent standard. Location was perfect with shopping facilities close by including transport. Be warned, traffic noise from master bedroom can be loud throughout the night as the property is on a busy road. Luckily the bed was very comfortable making falling asleep easy.House smelt strongly of damp upon entering, impacting on my asthma. I had to use my pump several times, which I don't normally need. One of the blinds in master bedroom would not pull down (or move) as the cord was broken, meaning we were exposed. Reported immediately, host arranged for this to be fixed in the morning.Other minor issues include; upstairs bathroom radiator not working. Not great for after showering as it can get very cold. Reported this to host, although wasnt resolved. Toilet seats were wobbly as they dont fit the toilet bowl, however it well stocked with toilet rolls.  Kitchen was well stocked also, however there weren’t any teaspoons to use or any cleaning supplies, which have normally been provided in other accomodations I have stayed in. However, when requested, the host did provide us with some cleaning wipes and microfibre cloths for cleaning up spills etc. The host was very accommodating with great communication; allowing us an earlier check in and slightly later check out time which was appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Close to town and close to the rail (free parking). Easy assess to all of Scotland within driving distance. It was easy to park in the street by the park. The house was a perfect place for our week’s stay in Scotland. We visited Edinburgh, Dunfermline town, St. Andrews, Glengoyne, Aberfeldy & other distilleries. We even drove to Fort Williams. The house is on a trafficked road, but that didn’t bother us at all. We had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to the adventurous couple or family.
