Corner house at Palmilla Beach with pool, golf course views & on-site dining

Perfect weekend getaway house with plenty of beds and showers for everyone! The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and tv on the third floor.

We had a wonderful time in Port A! Your home there is BEAUTIFUL and it was the perfect location for us to stay near the beach and town. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed a nice breeze while we explored the town on our golf cart. It was my first time staying at Palmilla and we thought that it was the perfect location (even closer to everything than Cinnamon Shore). The home was very spacious and had everything that we needed.

The house and the guest service team were exceptional! The house is beautiful and spacious with easy access to the pools and beach. Would 100% recommend.

Great community… very quiet, clean, and pretty. The beach access, pools, and onsite restaurants were great. The house was comfortable and clean with a great view of the golf course.

We had a great stay at Sunset on 9th, and would definitely stay here again. 4 king bedrooms/bathrooms plus a bunk room was a huge bonus for our 2 families. The beds were very comfortable and the entire condo was beautifully furnished. We brought our own golf cart and loved how easy it was to go across the bridge to the beach, or get to the pool. It was easy to rent beach chairs through guest services and they set it up for you in the morning. The condo and neighborhood of Palmilla reminds me of 30A in Florida so I love having this option here in Texas. We will be back and would love to stay here again!

Sunset on ninth is a beautiful property. Location is close to both pools beach access and restaurant access. This property has got four large, beautiful master bedrooms and a bunk room which is wonderful for several families. Stay on this property. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation in Port Aransas.

Sunset on the 9th- This property is not premier. Upon arrival the property seemed clean. The toilets, bathrooms sinks and kitchen sick and counters were clean. However the balcony chairs off the bunk room were moldy due to a rug being left on them and we were not able to sit on them. The cleaning lady cleaned these chairs the next morning so we could use them. Luckily I remembered that I brought clorox wipes and we cleaned the other balcony chairs so our clothes would not get dirty. On the second day it became obvious that although the floors were swept they were really dirty and our feet were black after walking on them barefoot. The rugs in the bathroom were stained and or dirty, probably both. In addition only one bedroom has a dresser for putting clothes away and to set things on. One of the bedrooms doesn’t even have tables next to the bed. If this property had a good host they would at least have one luggage rack in each bedroom to sit your suitcase on. The bedroom door on the bottom level looked as if it had been split in half or kicked open as it was not hung correctly and you couldn’t open or close without it making a terrible sound. We reported it and someone came and fixed it. The downstairs bathroom also ran out of soap in the shower so we had to used the shampoo. In the garage area there was a couple piles of debris of sand/dirt and grass which also gets tracked into the property. We started out leaving our shoes at the entry door but since floors were so dirty we had to keep them on. The furniture was also obviously worn, dirty, and stained from dining chairs to sofa and foot stool. The kitchen had enough dishes and pans for cooking basic meals. The beds were comfortable and there were towels to use but you will have to wash them if you’re there more than a couple of days. They did provide a couple of pods for washing and dish washer for a couple days. The checkout instructions said to start a load of sheets which I did from the downstairs bedroom. When I stripped the bed the mattress cover had a terrific stain and looked like it had not been washed. I would not stay here again or recommend the property or other properties that are managed by this company because you’re paying a lot for cleaning and they aren’t providing a quality property.

The house is amazing. I love that it had 4 king size beds. The property is well maintained, both pools were clean and staff very friendly. We will definitely rent this house again.

The layout of the house was perfect for our group. We are all seniors 70+ but the three levels was manageable. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Not many amenities offered in house. The kitchen is VERY sparsely stocked… Be prepared to bring everything you need; right down to coffee filters and spices

This home was perfect for our stay! Clean and homey! We loved all the patios and views! The pools were amazing and a perfect way to end a Long Beach day. Highly recommend this condo for your stay in Palmilla!

Name truly speaks for itself. Loved watching the sunset over the golf course every day. House was perfect for our family. Small kids and pregnant wife had no trouble getting up to the third floor where the bedrooms were. My in laws stayed in the first floor BR. Loved the space and had no trouble using access codes or using the WiFi. A/C worked great. House was clean with plenty of amenities. My 7 year old daughter loved the bunk room. Will definitely return!
