Stayed May 7, 2026Very clean and comfortable. We 4 were really happy to be in this house. Our enjoyment of our time in Savannah was enhanced by having this as our home base. We sat on the private patio as frequently as weather permitted … morning coffee and evening wine were delightful and relaxing for planning our day and relaxing at the end of it! Extremely well equipped kitchen. For small house it is very cleverly laid out maximizing privacy. Although in the city with accompanying traffic, inside it was quiet. My hat off to owner!

Stayed Apr 23, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Cottage was ideal for our vacation, being quiet and a safe neighborhood. It was nice to have a secure backyard and private parking available behind the entirely fenced backyard. A quiet place to sit with my dog at the patio early morning. The location is easily walkable to the river (for many restaurants), Forsyth park and many other parks to sit on the benches in the city) and to the market area. The decor was tastefully done and uncluttered. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable getting a good night's sleep. If I was in the area, I would definitely stay again.

Stayed Apr 29, 2026Adorable house! Cute courtyard in the back. Location was awesome, walking distance to restaurants. Extra parking spaces in back were helpful on “street cleaning day” but would otherwise not have needed them.

Stayed Oct 3, 2025This property was exactly as described. It is located on a quiet, beautiful tree line street. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The beds were comfortable and ample room to sleep four. The cottage was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. We had an issue getting in the back gate, so we called the host and the isucky Savannah. The issue was fixed immediately and the person we spoke with was very courteous and helpful. We were two women staying at the property alone. Parking is in the back alley. To get into the house from the designated parking area, we had to go through the gate into the back courtyard and then enter the house. After dark we preferred to park on the street in front of the cottage. Finding parking on this street was not an issue so it worked out better for us. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again if/when we return to Savannah. Very enjoyable!

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Cozy and comfortable, within walking distance of many Savannah activities/restaurants—onsite parking was a huge plus. My one suggestion would be put lighting at back gate.

Stayed Oct 11, 2025A Perfect Historic Retreat on Savannah's Prettiest Street! Our stay at the charming cottage on Jones Street was absolutely perfect, exceeding all expectations. Jones Street truly lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful streets in America—it felt like stepping back in time every morning as we walked beneath the massive live oaks draped in Spanish moss. The home itself struck the ideal balance between historic charm and modern comfort. We loved the original hardwoods and the beautiful, secluded private courtyard. Having this quiet retreat right in the heart of the Historic District was invaluable after a day of exploring. The location provided an incredible base for exploring the city's rich history. Savannah's preserved architecture, famously untouched by General Sherman's March, is astonishing. Our favorite excursions were deep dives into the past, especially the visits we made to the historical cemeteries. Strolling through the weathered stones of Colonial Park Cemetery allowed us to feel the city's earliest colonial roots, while our trip to the grand, picturesque Bonaventure Cemetery was a breathtaking look at Victorian-era monuments and the haunting beauty of the lowcountry landscape. We truly appreciated that the house allowed us to live within that history rather than just observing it from a hotel. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an authentic and deeply atmospheric Savannah experience.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025The cottage was beautiful and in a wonderful location. Well maintained, decorated lovely. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed it very much. I completely understand it’s August in Savannah, but could something be done to treat mosquitos in the back courtyard area? There were so many! I would stay here and would recommend to friends. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025My family and I spent a week in Savannah while my daughter competed in the USATF Junior Olympics at Savannah State University. While many of her teammates stayed in nearby hotels, we decided to take a chance on a rental home in an unfamiliar neighborhood and we’re so glad we did. This charming two-bedroom, one-bath home was a pleasant surprise. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of everything we wanted to explore, it offered both comfort and convenience. From the cozy furnishings to the 1,000-piece puzzle that made it feel like home, every detail contributed to a wonderful stay.I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area just be prepared for that signature Savannah heat!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little place in the heart of the historic district. It was built in 1868. We were 5 mins drive to all the sites and 8 mins to River St. We took advantage of rear parking and never worried about street parking. It is a quiet neighborhood. House was as described, with all the basics.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025We totally enjoyed our stay! The house was spic & span clean and had everything needed. We loved the quiet location on the beautiful street and didn’t mind walking lots of places. We were missing a remote but got one after two days but we were only watching tv early mornings and late nights so not a huge deal. Highly recommend! The parking spots behind the house are an added bonus!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025Location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. House was very cute. In fair shape for the age of the home. Everything was described exactly as listed. We had an issue with the A/C. Didn’t work the first day. Called maintenance on day 2. The unit was frozen. They brought us a portable unit and had someone come out to service the system at 6pm but it still wasn’t cooling. The portable unit got us through the night. However we were extremely hot for 2 days.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024This is a small but interestingly decorated unit. It’s generally comfortable although the couch in the living area has probably seen better days. The location is fantastic. A short walk to downtown, river walk, shopping, excellent restaurants and the city’s many parks. The back yard is small but good for a dog or a quiet evening. However we were there during mosquito season and could not spend any time outside. Our main complaint is that upon arrival many of the dishes were dirty as well as the cabinets where they were stored. We notified the management company (Lucky Savanah) and got an email response apologizing and promising to take immediate action. They did nothing and we never heard from them again.

Stayed Sep 1, 2024Loved the location, the quaint historic home, and being able to walk to almost everywhere! The only downfall is no wiggle room at all on check in time. We have stayed in many VRBO’s and have always been able to check in a little early. All and all we had a wonderful time! Savannah is a beautiful city!
