Stayed Apr 12, 2026We loved this property! It was exactly as advertised, clean, quiet, pet friendly, and perfect for our group of five and our pup. As stated in the description, it is convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. We definitely felt we were staying in a “home” as opposed to the typical run of the mill rental. To that point, we were so lucky to stay while the azaleas and various wildflowers were in bloom. You can feel the labor of love here, inside and out. This is a wonderful home to stay in and it’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Stayed Mar 9, 2026We stayed here on a business trip. Its in a quiet neighborhood and the house id very comfortable, but the host is amazing! She really goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. She provided espresso and snacks and had a good taste of Italy in the home. Its convenient to downtown Charlottesville and qas the perfect place for the week.

It was clean and spacious and the owners were flexible, responsive, and very hospitable with lovely touches throughout to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again!
