Stayed Oct 10, 2025Location was nice and quiet. We spent most of our time in State College and did our shopping there. About 15min drive, if that, from center of campus (minus football traffic).

Stayed Sep 27, 2024Exactly the place we needed. Group of alumni coming back to Penn State for a football game. Location is only a 10-15 drive to stadium and downtown. Dan was a great host and very responsive to questions about the property. He provided plenty of recs as well. Will stay again!

Stayed Apr 27, 2024This is the perfect place to stay if you have anything going on in or around the State College area. The property was absolutely beautiful. The home is amazing. And the host was incredible. There was nothing to do but stay and relax and enjoy at this home. If I was able to give 10 stars for a review, I would.

Stayed Nov 17, 2023Got back up to PSU with some former football teammates for a quick reunion. Looked for a place that would fit 5 comfortably that was comfortable and had a large screen tv for watching more college football after we wrapped up a a Noon PSU game and dinner downtown. Really lucked out when this place was available- property sits up the valley past Bellefonte less than a 10 minute ride to Beaver Stadium and very reasonably priced. The owner Dan was great to work with. Will definitely stop back.
