Bellecot may look small but is deceivingly spacious with a finished basement, 4 bedrooms and plenty of room for 10 guests. It is located near the end of a quiet, dead end street and is available for rent for larger area events. Fully inspected, insured and approved for rental. While it doesn't quite meet ADA standards, parking is close to the front door and we have had many older groups stay with little trouble.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025The property was clean and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and private and just a 15 minute drive to Beaver Stadium. The owners were very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here.
