We were unsure on arrival of the No Trespassing sign and chain across the parking space though...The patio is lovely in the morning & evening, we did heed previous comments and brought cushions to use on the dining room metal chairs. Very clean, quality linens and spacious living areas, but the steps to the upstairs are not for anyone with mobility concerns.The office staff were immediately responsive to an issue with the entry combination and resolved it promptly. The azaleas were gorgeous also!!!

Excellent space, comfortable beds, great location. Kitchen is well supplied with cookware, plates, glassware etc. A bit chilly to use outdoor space but neighborhood was quiet and pleasant.

Host was welcoming. The home was amazing and exactly as described. Stocked very well. There was nothing that we did not have. Easy check-in/check-out process. Walking distance to pretty much everything.

The rental was decorated lovely and very comfortable. The dining chairs could use cushions, just be warned. Rooms were good size, firm mattresses, and plenty of space to spread out. Nice little patio in the back adds an additional space for relaxing. This was a good home base for our cousins weekend. Walking distance to Crystal Beer Palace- perfect for a casual dinner. Close to all the fun surrounding Forsyth Park. Easy walk to a store for basics- you will have to supply salt, pepper, and other such supplies to the rental.

My only feedback would be to provide some kitchen basics, such as olive oil, salt and pepper. That said I would highly recommend and on their properties.

Communication was great from Lucky Savannah and check-in and out was super easy. The house was as described and fantastic! Awesome hangout space. Well stocked kitchen. Beautifully decorated, and good outdoor space as well. House was clean with extra linens and well designed closets for easy unpacking. The location was also fantastic for walking to the park, downtown, and the river. We could access all the spots easily on foot but still were tucked away and had quiet and privacy.Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends.

Very safe neighborhood. The home was well stocked for dishes, beds were comfortable and everything was spacious. The outdoor area was very nice. A few suggestions to make it even more perfect would be to have cushions on the kitchen chairs, a few general condiments and cleaning supplies. We throughly enjoyed our stay!

We walked everywhere and the property was just right for us. We loved having coffee in the morning in the courtyard. Can't say enough positives about this property.

This was a beautiful house in a great location. My family and I spent a long weekend in Savannah and we loved staying in this house. It was immaculate and had everything we could have needed. It was also great having parking available. We would definitely stay here again.

The high ceilings and open spaces were lovely. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Savannah again. The kitchen was well appointed and location was great.

Home was clean and beautiful. It had everything we needed. I normally spend a lot of time on my patio but was a little bit disappointed with the patio. They did have cushions stacked up on the porch and no umbrella seemed unprepared. Overall the home was beautiful and comfortable. I will definitely stay again. Staff was wonderful. Answered questions quickly.

The only actual condo issues were minor, no Kleenex to be found in any bathrooms and the remote control in the bedroom required batteries and did not allow the TV to be used. One of our guests cars was broken into the third night we were there !!Obviously indicating that crime continues in Savannah !!

The house was a comfortable, luxurious stay both indoors and outdoors, well furnished along with modern kitchen and bathrooms. The few drawbacks were that there weren't any convenient sample sized shampoos, also the kitchen wasn't stocked with typical basics like oil, salt, spices etc. which dissuaded us from wanting to cook a quick meal if needed. Overall highly recommend

Great location with lots of room & communication was on point. We didn’t need much during our stay, but they were always checking in to make sure things were good. Definitely would stay here again!
