This contemporary and stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Normanville has spectacular views of Links Lady Bay Golf Course, Lady Bay Vineyard and surrounding hills. It is newly renovated and now ready for family and friends to enjoy!

The property has a light and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with sliding doors that open onto the elevated deck with180 degree views. Kangaroos are frequentlyseen from the deck. Don’t forget your bathers, as there is a heated
( September to May) in-ground pool too (pool is hared too).

The property has just been refurnished and has a stylish contemporary casual vibe. The gourmet kitchen includes an Espresso Coffee Machine and coffee plunger, a Miele stove top, a microwave and a dishwasher. On the deck, there is a large BBQ for casual evening meals. There is a new high definition smart TV, blue ray/DVD/CD player for your entertainment needs. There is also a selection of books and games for you to enjoy.

There are two modern bathrooms, one on each level of the house. The lower level bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine.

The three bedrooms all have built-in robes and have the following bedding configurations:

Bedroom Configurations (Sleeps 9, 6 Adults and 3 Children):
• Main Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
• Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2)
• Third Bedroom: Single/Single Bunk Bed* with Single Trundle and Double Bed (Sleeps 5, *top bunk bed is not suitable for an adult). Trundle bed is available upon request.

The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied.

Your pets are very welcome to enjoy this wonderful holiday house with you. And of course, like every PetLet property, your dogs and cats are welcome inside (maximum of 2 pets allowed). There is a Stratco pool fencing around the backyard (1.2m high) to keep your fur kids safe. Please note that at this stage very small dogs could go through between the bars until modifications are made.

There are many amenities nearby. It is a short walk to the Links Lady Bay Peninsula Bar and Restaurant where you can take in the stunning sea views from the balcony and enjoy a meal. Downstairs is the Golf Pro shop where you can book to play a round of golf. If tennis is more your style the tennis courts at the resort can be hired at $10 per hour. The gym is also open to the public for $10 per session.

Normanville has a number of restaurants, cafés and shops as well as a long sandy beach perfect for relaxed walks and swimming, as well as a short jetty where you can try your luck catching a fish.

This property is located on the Fleurieu Peninsula, in close proximity to the McLaren Vale wine region and is a convenient launch pad for access to Kangaroo Island.


Extra Guest Charge:
Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply to $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.

Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.

You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.

Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence
Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence
Smoking Fee: $200

Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property.
