It was everything that the ad said and then some. Beautiful place fully stocked, great hosts.I would recommend it.

The property is amazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. The front porch is to die for. Enough room for all our family (10 in the house). Owners thought of everything we might need and have it on site. We had an issue with a sink backing up and someone was at the house within 20 min.

Super close for the Ag center. Really loved the setting !!! We will stay again.

This house had every amenity several people might need. It was very nice and spacious and set in a gorgeous area. Very peaceful. Hosts were very helpful and attentive. It was exactly what my family needed.

Lori made us feel welcome and had additional amenities for our family. She provided for anything we may have forgotten. Lori’s place was the perfect place for our family to spend the weekend together. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Location was great…The host were the best..Any questions we had were immediately answered The home was spotless and they had everything you would need plus more They had snacks left out which was a plus.We would definitely stay again and the house was beautiful inside and out and very spacious.

Great house for the family with lots of things to do in Franklin.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Family enjoyed the home so much we would love to come back some day. Just a stunning home with every thing you could possibly need.

Property was absolutely perfect! From the rooms and the bedding to the all equipped kitchen, front porch was wonderful. Easy access to nearby grocery store, etc. Property owners were fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful home.

We loved our stay in Nashville. House was perfect. Fully stocked. Very clean. Owner did a complete walk through to help us navigate everything. We were able to enjoy some very unusual cool weather on the front porch several times during our stay!

This was a beautiful and comfortable property. We were greeted by hosts in person and shown around to be sure we didn’t have any questions. They were easy to reach and very responsive. They had outdoor activities, plenty of outdoor seating (covered and uncovered) The house was exactly what we needed for multi generational gathering spot for our daughter’s wedding. The location was great, very convienent to the Franklin area.

Lots of welcoming touches including the just in case basket. Out in the country, but close enough to town to offer lots of things to do.

This property is wonderful. We held a family reunion in Franklin and this property served as the gathering spot each evening for dinners. It is spacious and very well equipped with all the essentials you need for large gatherings. We had 21 for dinners and had everything we needed and plenty of space. Host was there to great us upon are arrival to give us a quick tour, which was very helpful and checkout couldn't have been easier. Nestled among a few other homes it's very quiet with tons of charm. Loved the fire pit area in the evening to unwind and talk about the day. You won't be disappointed with this country charmer.

Great location, the inside of the house was very clean. He house was furnished and supplied with everything you would need. The kitchen had every appliance you would need and more than enough dishes, pots and pans. The house was very nicely decorated and made you feel at home. The owners I feel went above and beyond to make you feel at home.

This place is absolutely wonderful. We stayed here for a sibling reunion, and we could not have chosen a better location. It’s been almost a month since we left, and many of the texts we send to one another still mention how much we all miss having coffee on the veranda while we planned our days. There is so much to see and do in the area, but the time we spent in this home was every bit as memorable. Our group loved making dinners in the amazing kitchen and sitting around the great dining table for conversation and games, and we loved that there were so many little nooks and crannies for reading and relaxing. The decor was so beautiful and homey, the beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of bathroom space for a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we miss it!

We absolutely loved this house. Owner was extremely flexible with our check in and out process - thank you Lori. Plenty of space for our family reunion. Large kitchen, comfy beds and loved the decor - Tennessee touch. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. We loved the front porch and especially the swing. Large yard was an added bonus. Our kids enjoyed frisbee golf and the creek. Would definitely stay here again!

The house and hosts were both top-notch! What an absolutely gorgeous property which was an easy ride to all the things we wanted to see and do. The house was arranged in a way that we all had a private bath. There was plenty of room inside and out for the eight of us to cook and dine together and plenty of spaces for small and large group conversation. Robert and Lori thought of everything to make this a perfect stay in Franklin!

We chose this property for several reasons (location, outdoor space, and floor plan). We were not disappointed. The property had everything you could possibly need and then some. The owners were responsive and extremely friendly. We absolutely loved their personal touches and everything that was provided. Seriously, pack your clothes and nothing more, the property has everything!

Wonderful house in great location. Our host found out that we were coming in for Easter and decorated the home for us. The house was spotless and set up for large groups with plenty of space and a cook's kitchen. We will definitely book again, if we are back in Nashville.

Don’t look any further. This house is amazing. Everything and pictured and so much more. Amazinf luxury products … attention to detail everywhere … a full basket of snacks… coffee pods … the comfort of the beds…. I cannot say enough about everything. One of our best VRBO experiences for a family wedding. The best memories made there !!

If we could’ve given this review more than 5 stars, we would have happily done so! The house is impeccable, with a gorgeous back drop to have your morning coffee while admiring. You feel secluded in the country but still are just a quick drive away from stores and downtown Franklin. Our host was also very communicative, friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay for a perfect weekend getaway with friends and family! We can’t wait to be back!

We arranged to rent this property for my father and his siblings and their spouses and a few grandchildren who were all in town for my mother's funeral. Beautiful house, lots of rooms, porches, and spaces to be alone or together. We enjoyed the views, birds, flock of turkeys, and the fire pit. Lori (the host) was hospitable and had stocked the house with all the amenities! We couldn't imagine a better fit for what was needed and would rent again for a large gathering or family reunion. She knocked it out of the park!

My four friends and I stayed in this wonderful Franklin home for three nights, to reunite, catch up, and celebrate a birthday. It was ideal in every way. It's exactly as it is pictured, and in addition, we found such charming things to look at in every room during the stay. The place is well-stocked with every imaginable thing you might need. We even played some of their games. We loved the nature surrounding the place and did some walking and birding. And it's an easy commute to Nashville, which we did one day, and Franklin (an adorable town) another day. Owners were easy and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay and communication with owner was very professional but personal and responsive. We would recommend this VRBO for sure!! The house was clean and stocked extremely well. You could literally bring clothes and provide own food and you’d be asset!

We had a wonderful week-long stay at the property. The house is by far the best stocked home we have ever rented. Every single thing you might need was provided. We were in town for my daughter's wedding and needed a place that could serve as our home base - this place fit our needs exactly. We used the beautiful gourmet kitchen every day to bake and cook and were grateful to have two refrigerators (the second kitchen in the downstairs apartment came in handy). The outdoor porches were a great place to relax and visit with family - loved the swing and rocking chairs. The master bedroom was truly an amazing space. So many great things to say, we just feel lucky to have found such a great home to spend our special week. Would 100% recommend it! Many thanks to Lori for her hospitality, she was a great host!!

Gorgeous house in a beautiful setting. House is well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. We felt very fortunate to find this particular house, which served the needs if 7 of us for our annual high school girlfriends reunion group. Host couldn't be more accommodating, and was always so helpful and pleasant.

Lori Was a great host. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The home is spacious with many extras. You really don’t need to bring anything extra.

I’m 62 so have been renting homes for events since before there was an internet much less VRBO. We would’ve rated 10 stars if it was possible. The home exceeded expectations, as the pictures don’t quite do it justice. The owners are very kind and responsive. So many thoughtful provisions that are ”above the call” but much appreciated! Would stay again.

Excellent Host, great property

Our extended family of 12 (grandparents down to a 4-month old baby and everything in between) stayed at this house for a long weekend to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house wanted for nothing. It had a great number of bedrooms and bathrooms for multiple family groups plus a big kitchen and seating for everyone for meals. Our kids enjoyed watching the horses in neighboring pastures, wild turkeys, foxes and more. Thank you to the hosts for making check in and check out a breeze. It has the feeling of being in the country, but is close to Franklin, sightseeing and many services. We will definitely rent this house again for other occasions.
