Completely renovated Edgartown cape with New Pool ~ Sleeps 14

Stunning property which is even better in person compared to the pictures. Lots of space for our group of 12 which included 2 children. The game room was great and well stocked with games and was the perfect hangout spot. The backyard area with pool, patio, and large screened in porch was beautiful and relaxing. Really nice to have a ping pong table and outdoor shower. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to town and Morning Glory Farms.

This is the third year in a row we’ve stayed here and each time has been wonderful. From the pool to the screened porch, game room and fully appointed kitchen, this home has everything you need for memorable Vineyard stay.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family's return back to Martha's Vineyard! The house itself is much larger than it appears, and is so well laid out and beautifully furnished! All of the bedrooms are roomy, the upstairs loft for my kids was unbelievable, and all of the spaces are just so thoughtfully designed to allow people to have their own space, all while being together. Our favorite spot was definitely the outdoor eating area/porch - just stunning! The location was also top-notch. Close to bike paths and Edgartown, yet far enough away from the crowds made this neighborhood feel even more charming. Also loved the access to the farm down the street. A truly wonderful stay - hope to return for another wonderful family trip. Thank you!

This wonderful property is conveniently located for easy access to town and beaches. The pool, games, amenities and lovely screened porch make this the perfect location for a family stay. And, Morning Glory Farms is a walk away.

Unbelievable property, first rate in every aspect.

Chris. the owner of this beautiful home was easy to get in touch with before our stay and during our stay. The house was well stocked with items I don’t usually see in most rentals such as ziplock bags, tinfoil, Saran Wrap, and trash bags. The house was perfect for our party of 10. We had everything we needed to prepare meals when we chose to stay in and the grill was large enough to accommodate our group. The screened in porch was spectacular and was nice to have when we had a rainy day or just wanted to get out of the sun. The patio did have a large umbrella that covered a very comfortable seating area. We enjoyed the heated pool. The house was beautifully decorated and the game room came in handy on the cooler rainy days. When we did go to the beach we were thrilled to see beautiful Tommy Bahama beach chairs. The location of the house was great. We were able to ride our bikes downtown to shop and grab lunch. I would not hesitate to rent this fabulous home again.

This is our second summer at Chris’s Edgartown cape home. The home is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Location is prefect, walk to Morning Glory Farm, minutes by car from Edgartown, close to the beach. Communication with Chris was easy, he responded quickly to our questions. Most enjoyed by the kids ages 9-14 were the pool and the ping pong table. Would highly recommend.

A group of eight of us recently made our first trip to Martha's Vineyard and spent a week at Katama. The pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property, inside and out. Our group has traveled together for many years, and stayed in many different properties, this house received A+ ratings from everyone. The property is well maintained and every room was beautifully decorated and with comfortable furniture. The kitchen, family room and enclosed porch were perfect for our meals and gatherings. Also, Chris is accessible and great to work with for any questions or issues.

This home is perfect for a family getaway. Every detail has been thought through—from the games, ping pong table, pool, video game console and outdoor space to the well-appointed kitchen—to create a comfortable experience. We loved it!
